喷头损坏经过：一室友洗澡时喷头落下，损坏。
首先，本人不否认有可能是那位室友的一时冲动——比如想让喷头换个方向——导致喷头损坏，但这也有错？至于主动破坏，有人会没事吧喷头拆下来玩吗？且众所周知：“喷头”这一类设备，是属于损耗型设备（保质期4年）；换言之，用了几年后，它总会烂的。（同类的还有柜子的合叶，你也不可能用一个用一辈子）
那么，这样的损失就不应该由学生来承担。因为我们当初得到的就不是一个新的、好的、完整的东西，而是一个不知道用了多少年已经不知道怎么样了的东西，我们不对这个东西的损坏负有全部责任（只能说它损坏前的最后一次打击是我们给的'）。所以，我们不因该付这个修理费（至少不是全部），而且，学校还应该给我们道歉，因为它提供了一个劣质产品，对我们造成了威胁（砸了人怎么办？）。
举个社会上的例子：一个宾馆常年不修（换）设备，那旅客居住时的设备损坏就不能由那位旅客来承担，而应该由宾馆承担，并且，宾馆还应该为它的服务不周而向旅客道歉。若是宾馆强词夺理，顾客可以向消费者权益保障协会投诉，甚至可以把该宾馆告上法庭。
那为什么学校可以名正言顺的收这个“修理费”？为什么我们学生要替学校为这些日积月累的损耗来背黑锅？就因为我们是学生？
记得当初申请寄宿时，我们交了600元的寄宿费，这应该意味着：我们用钱换了我们所居住的寝室的使用权。这权力应该包括：用电的权力，用水的权力，休息不受打扰的权力……
那么我们得到了哪些？
一张木板长霉的床？一个不通电的电插座？一个没有热水的热水龙头？一大堆要遵守的规定？
这是我们应得的？这能用“价值规律”来解释？这是等价交换？
这是霸权！
在学校制定这些霸王条款时，可曾征求过家长们的意见？（是家长“们”的意见，一个局长和一个农民的意见是不一样的）当学校在执行这些霸王条款时，可曾考虑过法律的规定？
未给我们应有的服务还要我们出修理费，我不能相信这是一件合理合法的事情。
我更不能相信：当我们每届几千人上交了几千万的建校费后，学校会没钱买几个浴室喷头！
