我的家乡有着丰厚的传统文化底蕴，也留存了许多的文物古迹和古代建筑。说起古建筑，最出名的要数有着1500年历史的汾城古建筑群。
汾城古建筑群是唐朝初期尉迟公的封地鄂公堡，经过唐、明、清等朝代的建设，留下了大批的古建筑物，被誉为山西省十大古建筑群之一，还被确定为全国重点文物保护单位呢!
汾城象其他古城一样，街道、建筑的格局，都有中轴线、中心点。始建于唐贞观年间的鼓楼就是汾城的中心点。鼓楼位于十字街中心，高约15米左右，分上、下两层，均用木斗拱承托出檐(yan和翼角，外观威严华丽。

近段时间虽然比较忙，但我还是做了一件我认为最有意思的事情。我把余秋雨教授写的《文化苦旅》大致看了一遍。
虽然来不及仔细去揣摩但确实让我感触很深，尤其是《风雨天一阁》至今都使我记忆犹心。
一个家族背负着艰守一座藏书楼（中国古老文化）的命运。范钦一个拥有强大毅力和强烈的爱国精神的藏书家让中国留下了一座具有文化代表意义的藏书楼，直到现在都有它的痕迹，但是岁月的沧桑，历史的风尘还是将它掩埋了。范氏天一阁之所以留下来的原因是什么呢？这正式余教授所说的“超越意气，嗜好，才情，甚至是时间的意志力”而这种毅力有是什么呢？
范钦曾经顶撞过拥有巨大权势的皇亲国戚，而因次遭到仗打这样的重刑，还进过监狱。但他豪不畏惧，始终毫不顾惜坚持自己的'信仰，相信真理。最后谁都奈何不了他，这就是一个古代藏书家，一个真正称职的藏书家所表现出来的超越常人的强健的职业道德品质。
说到这里，我们是否应该反思一下，我们这些教师，有哪一个能像范钦那样监守正义，监守自己的岗位。或许有但也是极少数的。我不是故意要借古代成功人氏来讽刺现代人，但是我还是要批判我们不好的地方，包括我自己在内，所有读书的人们，我们早就应该反省一下了。对我们来说范钦的意志力乍看之下，显得不近人情，然而我们的毅力呢？可以说连他的二分之一都没有。我们读书，在遇到挫折的时候该怎么办呢？学成之后又为了什么呢？等等这些尖锐的问题值得我们去深思。
继续往下说，时间的流逝，光阴的短暂，80岁高龄的范钦中将走到生命的尽头，但他连生命的最后一刻都要监守岗位。他将自己的财产分成两部分，一份是他监守一生的藏书楼，另外一份是一张万两银票。他让他的两个孩子去选择自己想要拿的一份。
我想如果事情放到现在，有谁会愿意继承藏书楼，又不能卖而且不但没好处还要惹得一身的麻烦。然而有范钦这样伟大的父亲，就会有像他一样伟大的儿子。他的大儿子范天冲毅然的选择了子承父业，他继承了藏书楼。中国的古老文化就是因为有了像范氏父子这样的真正的读书人而保存到现在的。
说到这里我又要开始批判些什么。想到读书人，现在的读书人（有些人）说说是书生，毫不考虑自己的言行举止，说不该说的话做不该做的动作。而且读书为的尽是一些私人的事情，只为那黄金屋或是颜如玉，而且做人都做的很自我，对自己要求很低对别人则很苛刻，只要自己好就万事大吉，毫不顾虑别人，更不用说是监守岗位和保护民族的历史文化了，一点都没有范钦那样的奉献精神。
还有那些可恶致极的贪官污吏，他们丝毫没有一点职业道德，简直像行尸走肉一样活在世界上比狗都不如。范钦好比是天使，而这些贪官，滥用职权的人就是恶魔，总有一天这些恶魔，会被天上的那些像范钦这样的天使给带去，进化那肮脏的心的。
《文化苦旅》使我对读书有了更深一层的了解，我们读书人读书不能只为自己，要为这个社会这个国家奉献自己的微薄之力，这样读书人才是读书人。
而且我们所学的文化有多少是古人用自己一身的心换来的啊，文化的保留是艰难的，因此我们要好好珍惜这来自不意的文化，不虚度光阴，真正的领悟中华民族的优异文化，并且发扬古人身上的良知和意志力，坚决不做学成之后，而忘本的人，也不做半途因为挫折和困难而放弃学业的人。
一个人拥有了良知和强大的毅力才能领悟到我们祖先的精神，继承和发扬炎黄子孙数千百年来的优良传统。余教授的《文化苦旅》就如一艘导航船，她将带领我去深思更多中国文化的发展史。我也会将其细细品尝的。
