让成长目标可视化，我的'建议是：
1、在家里的白板上或者A3纸上绘制一棵成长树（以孩子的名字命名）
2、在树上写下成长目标（最多3个目标）
3、每天收集好行为、进步成绩和好评价（把记录好行为、进步成绩、好评价的便利贴贴在相应的目标上。）
4、一个月做一个小结，鼓励进步，提出要求。
本学期我们的语文学习依然重视：认字、练字、积累、课外阅读和习作。除此之外，增加了“利用工具书学习”和“提取和运用信息”的学习项目。继续推行“学习常态化、阅读生活化”的理念，即每天都写、都背、都读，适时适量，形成习惯。
在家的具体要求如下：
1、每日：（1）练字描词20分钟（描红纸和田字格字、空心词语）
（2）背诵积累10分钟（每日一诵，利用早、晚时间或者路上、车上）
（3）读书预习20分钟（有预习就读课本，没预习就阅读课外书。）
2、每周：摘抄一页，一篇。
孩子在家的学习，需要您进行监管。建议自制一个评价表。
预习的具体要求：
1、课文朗读5遍，家长签字（在课题旁边空白处）（课上老师抽查课文读得磕磕绊绊，罚抄课文重点段落，同桌验收）
2、生字读5遍，组两个词语（课文后生字的上面或者下面）。（课上反复读错，课间把该字抄5遍，同桌验收）
3、标段、圈字、画好词好句、不懂的词语查词典，写下释义。
4、写一处批注、提出至少一个问题（写在书页上）。
本学期，语文书后的两个生字表上的400个字，我要求孩子两周内全认下来（先让孩子认读带拼音的生字，然后再练习认读不带拼音的字，把认不准的圈出来，标上音反复认读。最终达到全部认准读准。）
本学期，我们在培养学习能力方面，重点放在培养预习习惯、利用工具书和联系上下文理解词语的能力，提取和利用信息的能力上。为了方便学生学习，我将购买一本《现代汉语词典》放在教室里，家长需要在家里为孩子准备一本《现代汉语词典》。
本学期，每个学生都要与同桌结成学习对子，以便互学互查。
本学期，我们会继续进行节气诗的诵读，依然会学习小古文，诵读新经典，依然会和成语经常见面。本学期，除了周记之外，摘抄将成为每位同学都要完成的周常规作业。
暑假里，我们的每日一诵、课外阅读、外出旅行及活动，我们将通过开展“百家讲坛”、“读书推荐会、分享会”以及“背诵大擂台”的方式进行检查、验收和展示。孩子要展示，需要您的指导。

4、爱护公物（本学期，对于故意损坏公物的行为要进行严惩。故意用物磕打或用笔刻画桌椅，一个印迹罚款50元。所收款项，将交于家委会作为班费，用来购买图书，充实班级图书角。故意损坏桌椅且损坏严重，上报学校后勤，按学校赔偿条例进行赔付。由班主任监督落实。）
5、净化语言（无论课上课下，无论对老师还是对同学，凡出言不逊，出口成脏的同学，将被要求道歉、抄美文一篇和见家长。由宣传委员监督落实。）
6、迟到问题（没有特殊原因，上学迟到者，需要早到校一天，早上和中午站在教室门口，迎接同学和老师。上课迟到者，当天的每个课间都不允许休息，必须守在教室门口，迎接老师和同学。由纪律委员监督落实。如果无故上学或者上课迟到达到三次，需要见家长解决问题。）

其次，提纯范文“段落写作”。
段落写作分为统一性，连贯性和完整性三方面。
统一性(unity：段落开头的主题句应该做到不可太宽泛，也不可太具体，做到有较强的概括性才能使下文做到有的放矢的展开。范文第二段首句以设问的方式提出一个问题is it a good or bad thing就有很强的概况性。下文自然会一方面从好的方面说明，另一方面从坏的方面说明。
连贯性(coherence：关联词是使文章段落之间相互连贯的必要条件。范文中nowadays, on one hand, on the other hand, in one’s opinion即以“启承转合”递进的顺序是文章条理清晰，层层展开。
完整性(completeness：以设问句“So far as the present situation is concerned, is it a good or bad thing to open the university campus for tourists?”开头，这是平时较少运用的段落写作方式——设问法。“On one hand … …. On the other hand, … ….”是段落写作分类列举法的典型用法。
再次，提纯范文“句子写作”。
