Sun Yang is very popular with the young. He is adorable, charming, childlike and cool. He is kind and has the vigor of youth, and he is a little shy. But Sun Yang is easy-going, always with a smile on his face when he faces our. He sings well and sounds beautiful. To my surprise, he likes dolls very much.

西兰花的吃法多种多样：清蒸、爆炒……，再配上胡萝卜、虾仁等配菜，不仅着色鲜艳、营养丰富，而且口感爽脆、细腻。
西兰花不但好吃，颇受大家喜欢，而且其营养价值远远超过了青菜、芹菜、白花菜、西红柿等众多蔬菜。西兰花中的营养不但含量高，而且十分全面，主要包括蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、矿物质、维生素C和胡萝卜素等。每100克新鲜的西兰花中的蛋白质比菜花高出2倍，是西红柿的4倍。胡萝卜素的含量是白花菜的30倍，维生素C由高出白菜20%，是洋白菜的.2～3倍。比西红柿高4～5倍。而叶酸的含量是白花菜的2倍。另外，每百克西兰花中的水分虽然略少于白花菜，但蛋白质、碳水化合物等营养成分都明显高于白花菜。此外，西兰花中的矿物质成分也比其它蔬菜更全面，钙、磷、铁、钾、锰等都很丰富。
大家都知道，西兰花最显著的作用就是防癌了，它对致癌物质——亚硝酸胺有抑制作用，以减少人们得癌症的机率。
这就是我最喜爱的蔬菜——西兰花。
