今天车间组织我们看了《119对我说》的安全教育片后，学到了不少关于火灾自救及避免火灾的知识。例如，在突遇火灾时，千万要冷静，切勿惊慌，应尽快找到出口逃生，千万不要搭乘电梯;同时，应用湿毛巾或湿布捂住口鼻。因为火灾当中，因烧伤亡的人不多，大部分亡的人都是由于浓烟而窒息的。火灾发生时，应尽量保护口鼻;影片中还提到，应时刻注意防火，出入家门应检查煤气阀门;商场楼梯过道等逃生通道切勿摆放杂物，灭火器应定时检查灭火器的使用日期并注意更换，不要乱扔烟头。
①当发生火灾时，应当报警与灭火同时进行。出现火灾时，现场一个人进行灭初期火灾，另一人应一边呼救。告知值班长或车间领导。如果火灾初起阶段燃烧面积很小，自己完全有把握将火扑灭，就应当立即采用最快速有效的方法将火扑灭。
② 如果发现火灾时，火势已很大，自己难以扑灭，就应当立即打“119”报警。并报告与值班长或车间领导。在火灾现场 面对浓烟和烈火，一定要保持镇静，寻找逃生通道，千万不要盲目地跟从人流和相互拥挤、乱冲乱窜。只有沉着镇静，才能想出好办法。
③.在火场中，生命贵于金钱。身处险境，逃生为重，必须争分夺秒，切记不可贪财。
④.在撤离火灾现场时，当浓烟滚滚、视线不清、呛得你喘不过气来时，不要站立行走，应该迅速地爬在地面上或蹲着，以便寻找逃生之路。
我想，大家平时大家都要时时刻刻把消防安全放在第一位，火灾隐患就不会发生。例如不要在角落堆放易燃物、不要在一个插座上插许多插头、不要在易燃易爆的东西附近抽烟，抽烟烟后一定要把烟头灭掉，……只要人人都有足够的消防安全意识，才能避免火灾的发生!
最后，我觉得公司或车间组织消防演练，对我们有挺大的意义，给我们刚来的新员工讲介火灾的危害，如何使用灭火器，灭火毯。这不仅给我们自身提高了安全的意识。也给我们以后的生活有了更好的保障!
