我们要保护野生动物，因为我们保护野生动物，野生动物对我们人类也会很友好。
比如说燕子，燕子能帮我们把田里的害虫吃掉。如果我们人类害捕捉它们，它们会吃掉那些常常来搔扰我们的蚊子，让我们更好地生活吗?没有了燕子，我们的周围变得很多害虫，这些害虫对我们人类有很大的'坏处呀!
我举个例子。比如说啄木鸟，啄木鸟是森林中的医生，它可以帮我们吃掉树里的害虫，让树恢复健康。我们害它们，树木的害虫会越来越多，树木会慢慢地减少。地球上没有树，会发洪水、地震。
我最后举个例子。比如说猫头鹰，猫头鹰捉田鼠，是对我们人类有好处的，人类却常常捕猎它们。没有猫头鹰，田鼠会增加。田鼠吃的庄稼和菜就更多了，我们人类一样没有好的收成。
所以，我们要保护以上的动物。同时，我们还要保护其他的野生动物!

在这世界上，有许多濒临绝种的动物，而它们面临的重重危机，多半是由人类所造成，例如：我们乱丢垃圾使河川受到污染、工厂以及汽机车所排放的废气使空气不再干净，为开发和建设不断破坏山林。有时我在想，如果没有人类的存在，地球会不会变得更好呢？为要弥补我们所污染的环境，并且要重视及提倡“保护生态”的观念。
由于生物不停的变少，陆陆续续出现保护野生动物的公益团体，而这些集团不断倡导要爱护动物、保护动物，因此，野生动物的生存权渐渐被重视，不过光靠这些热心人士的帮忙仍是杯水车薪，我们更应该从日常生活中落实，假如全世界的人每天都能随手关灯，至少可以救回一只可爱的北极熊；假如全世界的人都能减少塑胶的使用量，就有许多生物的肚子里面没有垃圾的存在；假如我们能减少废气的排放量，就可以使空气更为干净，不只保护动物，同时也是保护我们自己。
我们对于保护生态的观念应该推广到每一个角落，深植于人们的心中，无时无刻要懂得尊重其它生命，所有生命都是可贵的，我们无法即时扭转人们想要滥动物的想法，因为，有时关系到人们的生存与工作，但是，我们可以靠身体力行来改变别人想法，来落实保护生态的意义。
有时，我们应该将心比心，设身处地为那些因人类而丧生的动物，他们临前的哀嚎，正是他们的求救讯号，他们也是生物，同时也是一个个宝贵的生命，我们并不能因为自认为高等，而残害其它的生命。

我曾经在一些书上看到过这么几则故事，塔斯马尼亚有过袋狼，可是他们总是袭击羊群，于是人们就大量捕这种狼，1933年，人们才发现袋狼已经灭绝了。还有一种鸟，叫旅行鸽长得十分好看，以前，天空上到处是这种鸟，用棒子在半空中随便挥舞几下就可以打下几只旅行鸽，可是人们太贪婪，一下子就打下几百只，由于这种鸽子的肉十分鲜美，人们的捕量就更大了，1909年。世上只有三只旅行鸽了，1919年九月一日，旅行鸽就彻底灭绝了。
看到这些消息，我是多么希望人类能与动物和谐相处啊！人类与动物共同属于同一个家园，本来该是亲密无间的好朋友，可人类却任意伤害动物，动物生存是自然赋予的条件，不是人类给予的，动物也有他们自己的生活。我们为何不能还他们一个没好平静的家园呢？动物与人类都是平等的。再说，动物也为我们付出了很多东西呀，没有蜜蜂就没有蜂蜜，鳄鱼虽然凶猛，但人们也利用他的皮做行李包啊！啄木鸟为大树治病，也是为了让大叔更好的为我们服务啊。青蛙为我们吃害虫，奶牛为我们挤牛奶，这些动物无时无刻都在为人类做贡献。
因此，我希望人们能够好好对待动物，千万不要让我们的子孙后代在博物馆里见到今天的动物。
