不怕没有自己的位置，只怕能让自己站住脚的真本事;不怕没人知道我，只求有可以让人知道的真才实学。
工作十几年，换过很多，认真想起来，还真的没有什么求职经验。有过辞职在家待业的时候，也去找过工作，可最后从事的，都是找上门来的工作。家电圈那几年，做得好就不怕辞职，辞职了立即有几家公司的人过来拉。脱离家电圈以后，开始新的工作，之后的公司都是朋友在做老板，所以叫我过去帮忙。按理说，朋友是大老板，自己在公司会被别人瞧不起，觉得是靠关系才进来的。没问题，我会证明给大家看，我是凭关系还是凭本事。而这些老板朋友也并不是很熟悉，只是在交流中觉得我的思想和理念还不错，也是抱着尝试的态度。我没让他们失望，也没让自己对不起这份信任和友谊。
如果要说职场的人际交往，我是最不在行的，如何处理同事之间的关系?我就是很简单的：我做我的事，别人的不多嘴。如何处理和上司的关系?我一直把自己当作他们的助手，我要做的就是漂亮的完成工作任务。今天公司群里吵得很厉害，最后总编一句：“你没错我是不会找你麻烦的，你见过我找木碗吗?”结束了争吵。没有人回这句话。这句话让我很尴尬，不过也让我确信，多做事少说话绝对没错，我加班没人看见，我多辛苦多疲惫没人看见，但是我的工作成绩是看得见的。如果只是为了工资，这几百块钱绝对不值得我如此卖力，我需要的其实也只是一种成就感。
我现在还是觉得费心去钻营如何处理关系，不如花心思研究怎么完成工作。我不喜欢那些表面功夫，那些都是需的，只有自己的本事和知识才是实实在在的，谁也抢不走。
子曰：“德不孤，必有邻。”
这里是说有道德的人不会孤独，必定会有和他思想接近的人做伴。我却是觉得对我交友有所帮助。
我以前写过一篇什么东西忘了，是说交友之道的。我觉得交朋友，不一定要主动出击，就好像自己是一座花园，你到外面拉很多人来参观，如果里面只是枯枝败叶，人家来了一次，下次再也不会来了，远远看见还要绕道呢。如果自己的小花园精心修饰，干净整洁，就算是不去拉人，有偶尔路过的游人，自然会被吸引进来，流连忘返。给他留下深刻的、美好的印象，以后他自己主动就会想再来看看，说不定还带着他的朋友一起来。而通往自己内心花园的小径却是要时常打扫，如果路没了、或是门锁了，就算有人路过，别人进不来，也是枉然啊。
今天晚上和朋友还在聊这个话题。我说很奇怪啊，我以前很爱出去玩，整天和朋友喝酒、唱歌、跳舞，却总是觉得孤单。现在我整天忙得要命，很少出去，可是朋友却越来越多，我还有点应付不过来的感觉，一到周末就犯愁。
很多人都说找不到朋友，我的朋友好像都不是找的，是等的。跑到外面到处握手敬酒，也不见得能认识几个真正的朋友，自己把自己打扫干净，敞开心扉，让大家都能清楚看到你的自然面貌，喜欢的，自然会留下，不喜欢的，也就不需要勉强了。和工作差不多。
主动的提升自己，主动的充实自己，就不需要主动的找工作、找朋友了。多看书，眼界和思想上开阔了，和各种朋友也就都有话题可谈。为人诚实坦白，自然能够得到别人的信任，愿意和你说心里话，把你当作知己。宽容平等对待每个人，就不会有纷争和怨恨，少了敌人，自然多了朋友。
