我以前也当过一段时间英语老师，我买了很多新东方的网络课程和参考书，我就模仿，研究他们的教学。我还做各地中考、高考英语试题，研究一些规律，把这些教给学生，学生成绩进步很快。
农村的环境和学生的素质，我就不多说了，这也是客观条件，要想改变，需要付出很大的心力，你都这么不开心了，相信也不愿意多做。其实，越是农村这样的环境下，越容易做出成绩。
我有个高中朋友大学毕业，去甘肃农村支教一年，看他照片上发的支教的照片，很辛苦，但他们和孩子们一起打篮球，一起上体育课，给她们组织元旦晚会，他经常批改作业到晚上十一点，给差生补课，去家访。讲他，可能有点远了，说说我大学的同学。

你要问自己拿什么找到更好的工作？不是你选择社会，而是社会选择你。还有要不要考研改变什么，现在研究生想当老师、当公务员，那也要参加考试的。
上面说了那么多别人的事例，现在，我说说自己的建议，你首先要接受你的现状，抱怨、不开心没有任何益处。
既然现在的学校一般，你自己做到最好，拿到所有的荣誉。还有暑假寒假这么长的时间，你可以去市区找一个培训机构，教书的地方，学习经验。如果真的做的很好，可以不在乎编制，去这样的机构教书也挺好的。但我个人认为，你可能接受不了。
那就想办法，考出来，寻求机会。要想过上自己想要的生活，那就要忍受常人不能忍受的痛苦，克服人性的很多弱点。
自己不满意现状，抓住一切时间和精力提升自己呀，学习渠道是自己找的，没有谁能给你一个牛逼的未来，世界上也不存在救世主。你可能希望最好的结果，上天突然掉个披萨砸到你手里，我能给你一些灵丹妙药解决你的现状，可惜真的没有。
如果仅是想想，不想付出行动，那要不就认命，想想也挺好的，起码是一个正式稳定的工作，还不认命，还不努力，那就继续不开心吧。
这篇文章，我可能说的有点严厉，其实我也可以鼓励你，没关系呀，辞职去追求梦想呀。我觉得都不现实，我觉得你给我留言，也不是找赞美的。
吃得了多大的苦，得的到多大的自由。自己不具备很强的能力时，没有资格选择，都是被选择。
