On board, my first daily work is wathckeeping from 8 to 12 and from 20 to 24. my second daily work is in charge of the maintance of the fire-fighting equipment and life-saving equipment. The third , I am also responsible for fire and boat drills, I have to design a muster list and make crew to know the best escape route clearly. 我是在老师要求观看《明天就上班》后才观看的这个培训视频。本来在看之前完全是抱着完成任务的心态去观看，没想到在看了几分钟后，这种心态完全改变。主讲是汪洱老师，具有注册咨询师等多重重要身份。经她看过的简历超过10万分，经她筛选的人才无数，有着丰富的经验。看了这个视频，我才开始知道求职面试有这么多的需要学习的地方。我收获很大。
在这个培训视频中汪洱老师介绍了求职必胜5大秘籍，其中包括让简历吸引人的9招、面试时的16类问题、18条成功面经、小组面试三大类等等。老是说今天讲课的意义就在于，让你得到更多的，更好的机会，能够让你指哪打哪，能够从别人挑选你，变成你挑别人。汪洱老师说她的课就是没有什么理论，都是来自于实战，来自于一线，来自于她面试的一万多个人。我很喜欢老师用的比喻，你求职的过程当中，跟征婚跟求爱一样，你的兴趣要符合他的爱好，你的能力要匹配他的需求。就是你要了解对方要什么，就是他的需求是什么。你知道你自己有什么，就是你能供应什么。你缺什么就补什么。
老师通过五部分进行了讲解：了解自己，了解对方，简历，面试，成功的经验、失败的教训。
第一了解自己。最好的东西有时候对自己来说并不是最好的，适合自己的才是最好的。水晶鞋谁都想穿，但不是谁都可以穿，非要剜肉剁脚趾才穿进去的，还不如不要那水晶鞋，自己脚舒服
才是真理。所以根据自己的特点制定合适的目标和计划，知道自己可以做什么，哪方面是短板。这样在于公司交流的时候也可以避免出现“亏待”自己的现象，得到自己应得的。
第二了解对方。俗话说知己知彼方可百战不殆，这里是同样的道理。想要应聘这个公司的某一个职位，就多多了解这个公司的文化、背景、发展过程，最好能看到接下来的发展前途，如果有自己的见解会更好。这可以具体到你所要应聘的职位上去。公司为什么就要选择你呢？得让公司看到自己的价值，让他觉得这个职位就得你去做才会创造最大的价值。
第三简历。汪洱老师讲，简历不是写出来的是做出来的。删掉一切无关信息，只保留主干信息。简历就是自己的广告书，就是自传书，就是把自己向外推销的第一步。了解你所要竞选的公司背景和工作岗位。只有知道他们想要什么，你根据他们的目的来设计简历才会让公司的HR第一眼就能发现你的简历。还要针对不同的对象改自己的简历，最好投其所好。经过汪洱老师多年的经验，简历一般不会超过一页纸，如果有英文版的一般共有两页纸。
第四面试。面试是一个面对面交流沟通的过程，更容易看出你的态度，你到底适不适合这个岗位。大部分人在面试的时候所传达的态度是“我能够”，很多人忽略了“我愿意”“我适应”的态度。企业找人是本着愿意、能够、适应三标准，所以应聘者要表现
态度的环节，最能直接看出你的临场应变能力。汪洱老师详细的介绍了面试过程中16个问题，但是我在短时间内很难完全消化，也不能一一列举，真是惭愧。
第五成功的经验、失败的教训。因为我自己没有这方面的经历，对老师所讲的事例没有那么深刻的体会。不过我知道每一次求职面试不管成功还是失败都是自己宝贵的经历，要胜不骄、败不馁。如果胜利那就在你所应聘的那个职位上好好工作，创造自己的价值。如果失败那就认真反思自己求职面试过程去其糟粕、取其精华，为下一次的'成功打下基础。
