“儿子，不要再看啦，看这么长时间，眼睛很快就会近视的`！”爸爸换完衣服，又苦口婆心地劝我。但我还是克制不住动画片的诱惑继续看，他又提醒了我第三遍、第四遍，我依然置之不理。爸爸说到第五遍时，声音渐渐变得严厉起来：“我最后再提醒你一遍！我现在数到三，如果你还看，我就把它砸了！”
我以为爸爸只是在吓唬我，继续装作没听见。不料，爸爸数到“三”，见我还没有停下来的意思，二话不说，劈手夺过我手中的电脑，走到阳台拿出锤子，几锤子下去电脑就没声了。我顿时惊呆了，爸爸怎么能这么做？那可是我最心爱的东西！我含着眼泪狠狠瞪了一眼爸爸，跳下沙发，带着满腔愤怒和不解离开了客厅，回到自己的房间，“砰”地摔上了门，并上了锁。
大哭了一场后，我渐渐平静了下来，慢慢意识到爸爸确实是为我好，自己确实做得不对。正在这时，爸爸敲门进来向我道歉，说他不应该发那么大的火。我们父子俩总算是和好了。
人人都会有坏情绪，控制不好，坏情绪还会转化成暴怒。这个时候，就需要我们用足够的理智去面对它，让自己尽快冷静下来，想方设法赶跑坏情绪。现在，我们一家人约法三章，今后再遇到坏情绪，大家要先想一想自己做得对不对，冷静下来后再该讲理的讲理，该认错的认错。你别说，这办法还挺管用的，你也不妨试一试啊！
