nowadays, we can see some boys and girls who live in a small world of their own. they bury themselves among books and are proud of themselves. they think that it will make them lose their face if they do housework for they often think themselves very noble.
these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single,yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true.however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

小花是个瘦弱的女孩。她出生贫寒，长得也并不漂亮，一头有些发黄的头发，好像半年也没有洗过，而且老显得那么凌乱，在班里成绩也不太好。可能因为长期不自信的缘故，她在同学们面前总是耷拉着脑袋。因此有些同学无缘无故地就喜欢对她吹吹胡子瞪瞪眼，长此以往，大家都把她当做“出气筒”。
这不，今天有两位又不高兴了，趁小花不在，他们拿了她的语文书，急忙藏了起来，而且口口声声说要扔到厕所去。真的？假的？我听见真为小花着急。因为她家境较差，所以在平时我常送给她一些学习用品，说我同情她也好，可怜她也罢，这些年来，我一直在关注着她，每当别人打骂小花时，我肯定会走上前去，帮助她“义正言辞”地说几句公道话。今天遇到这事，我怎么会“见不救”而袖手旁观呢？我急中生智，脑海里马上蹦出了一个两全其美的好办法。我连忙抢先一步，对同学说：“我来扔！我来扔！把书给我！”正如我所料，他们俩果然中计，信任地把书交给了我，并嘱咐我说：“一定要扔到厕所去！”“嗯，嗯，知道了！”我就像吃了摇头似的，表面上不住地点头，内心其实窃喜：“耶，终于拿到书了！”等放学他俩走了后，我悄悄地把书塞给小花，并嘱咐她说：“以后尽量把自己的东西看管好，不要让别人乱拿了。”“嗯，嗯。”她拼命地点着头，同时用感激和信任的目光看着我，从她的眼神中，我隐隐约约看到一丝亮光闪闪的东西，那是她眼中晶莹的.泪花。看着她那可怜兮兮的小样儿，我的心中涌起了一丝酸楚，但同时也荡漾着一种幸福和甜蜜。

Second, as there is much free time, they can make use of it and gain the valuable experience. Students can join some clubs to develop more interest, or find part-time jobs. It is better than to stay in the dorm and play computer games all the time.

老老鼠得意的教训他的'孩子们：“瞧，学门外语是多么重要啊。”说完，便又和小老鼠糟蹋起粮食来，直到吃饱了，老老鼠才带领小老鼠回到洞里，乐滋滋地进入了梦乡。
一觉醒来，已是第二天的早晨。老老鼠想，如果教孩子们学会一门外语，就用不着时时处处为他们操心，自己便可以在家享享清福了。老老鼠越想越高兴，一骨碌爬起来，急匆匆地跑到大厅，对小老鼠说：“昨天，是我用外语吓跑了那只花猫，看来，学门外语对我们是多么重要啊!所以，我想利用今天出发前这段时间，给你们上一堂外语课，逐步地教你们学一点谋生的本领，你们愿意吗?”小老鼠不假思索地回答：“想---”并且把声音拖得长长的，唯恐老老鼠听不见或者不高兴。于是，老老鼠认真的把学狗叫时发音的口型、姿势等基本要领向他们作了示范，要求他们认真琢磨，反复练习，务必做到发音要正确。然而，小老鼠学了一会儿便耐不住心烦，认为发音准不准无所谓，只要叫出声就行，猫哪有那么聪明?想着想着，一个个争先恐后地离开了大厅。
小老鼠一出门，便来到粮田里大胆地吃起粮食来。这时，那只花猫也正好从这里路过，小老鼠发现后，都说开了并没有学会、发音还不准确的外语，谁知那只猫不但没有被吓跑，反而把小老鼠一个一个吃掉了。老老鼠刚一出门便发觉此事，吓得立刻瘫倒在地上，正好被虎视眈眈的花猫逮了个正着。
学习是一种繁重的脑力劳动，决不能不懂装懂，弄虚作假，应该虚心学习，学好本领，做一个对社会有用的人。
