冬天，人们把堆在院子里的白菜一棵棵放进菜窖码好，将那些不够饱满的白菜择出来在自来水下冲净，擗下几层菜帮，一片片码到瓷坛里加入调好的作料和水，水刚刚没过白菜为好，然后仔细盖严压实，就等春天吃酸菜了。
白菜有丰富的营养价值。白菜含有丰富的粗纤维，不但能起到润肠，促进排毒的作用而且 有护肤养颜的功效。秋冬季节空气特别干燥，寒风对人的皮肤伤害极大，白菜中含有丰富的维生素C、维生素E，多吃白菜，可以护肤养颜。白菜还有保健的功效呢。美国科学家发现，中国妇女乳腺癌发病率之所以比西方妇女低得多，是因为她们常吃白菜的缘故。白菜中有一些微量元素，它们能帮助分解同乳腺癌相联系的雌激素。 我爱家乡的大白菜，它既好看又营养。

送走了炎热的夏天，迎来了凉爽的秋天。
秋天的天空蓝白相间，蓝的天和白的云相互映衬，看上去那样的清爽。风儿不时的来凑热闹，云儿便不时的变换各种不同的造型，向人们展示着她的美丽。树叶渐渐地由绿变黄，那片金灿灿的黄，惹人喜爱。一行行的大雁排成一字和人字形，向南飞去。在我的老家，秋天是个丰收的季节，农民伯伯开始收割玉米，家家户户忙碌着。我和爸爸妈妈也帮着大爷家掰玉米，晒玉米。我和妹妹还调皮的躺在一个个大玉米上，玉米好像也要和我们玩耍一样，用玉米须子挠我们的痒。闻着玉米的清香，情不自禁地想啃一口。放眼望去，一片金黄色，一片大丰收。
我很喜欢秋天，在落叶上尽情地奔跑着，踏在上边“沙沙”的响声，就像秋天的奏鸣曲。
我和老家的小伙伴们，在大爷的菜园里刨地瓜。我只找露出头的地瓜，因为这样的地瓜大多数都是大的。如果刨出了地瓜宝宝，就要小心翼翼地把它埋回去，就像母亲对待婴儿一样的呵护。我们用手刨，用小树杆撬，用小铲子挖。不一会，我就“收藏”了好几种不同姿态的'地瓜：有圆圆的，像个大甜瓜，有弯弯的，像个月亮船……心里比吃了蜜还甜。
“噌”地一声，一只不明的东西飞到了我的身上。我刚要伸手去抓，“噌”又飞到了我的大腿上，我一动不动，以最快的速度捂住了大腿上的小东西，“哈哈，我终于抓到你了！”原来是只小蚂蚱，我一跑，“噌噌噌”无数只蚂蚱跳了起来。我一手捉一只，几分钟，我就捉了十几只。
在老家，秋给我带来了太多的快乐，我喜欢秋天这丰收的美！
