有一天晚上七点钟，爸爸坐在逍遥椅上看着他最爱的《新闻联播》“砰砰”突然有人敲门，我开门一看，是楼上的李叔叔来了，原来他家的电灯坏了，找爸爸去修理。爸爸二话没说，关上电视机急忙背上工具箱就要出门，我挡住了爸爸，说：“爸爸，妈妈的饭马上就好了，还是先吃饭吧。”爸爸说：“这怎么行?如果李叔叔家没灯，那他们家怎么做事呢?”说完将我推到一边和李叔叔一起到楼上去了。
爸爸走了没多一会，妈妈的.饭就烧好了，我就上楼催爸爸，爸爸说：“你先回，我快修好了，”我回到家里和妈妈一起吃完了饭，可是爸爸还没有下来，我只好又上去催，可爸爸依旧说一会就回家八点多钟爸爸满身披着灰尘，满脸挂着汗珠回来了，我说：“早就叫你先吃饭吧，这么晚连饭也没吃。”爸爸说：“为了帮助别人，一顿饭晚点吃有什么关系呢?”
这就是我的爸爸，一个乐于助人的人!

记得有一次在一节美术课上，我忘带了水彩笔，老师规定在这一节课里要把这幅画给完成，并涂上颜色。马上就要下课了，我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁团团转。这时，一个声音叫住了我，说：“我借给你水彩笔吧!”我侧过头来看，原来是我的同桌，我转忧为喜，说：“谢谢你同桌，要是没有你，我还真不知该怎么办呢?”同桌只是笑了笑。
还有一次，在晴朗的上午，天气像变魔术似的，把太阳变成了乌云。突然，一阵微风吹过，过了一会儿，果然下起了雨。我忘带雨伞了，可是雨却越下越大，我急得团团转。这时，我发现在雨中出现了一个小小的身影，仔细一看，原来是同桌，这让我很惊讶。她二话不说，把雨伞放在地上，直往家跑，望着她离去的背影，一阵暖流情不自禁地涌上我的心头。
我的同桌每次会在我需要帮忙的时候出现，她可真是我的及时雨。
