??村巨变-五年级寒假的一天，我和妈妈去农村的外婆家，一路上发现变样了，原来的泥路消失了，成了宽阔的水泥路，而且路边的'田里庄稼长得郁郁葱葱、异常茂盛。妈妈说：“很多年前我回娘家，那时候路很小，泥泞不堪，下雨的时候路非常滑，走在上面准会打滑摔跤。田里的农民也经常抱怨种田亏钱。语气中带着几分感慨和难受。我听了之后心里也感到非常难受，接着妈妈就又说：“现在好了，路也这么好再也不会担心下雨天走路了。我问：“为什么?妈妈回答说：“是政府出的钱，拨了很多钱来改造这些破路，方便交通，而且几年前还把农业税也免了，现在外公种田不单不用缴税，每年还可以拿到补助呢。“造那么多路那不是要花很多钱?那那些钱从哪里来呀?我疑惑地问道。妈妈就回答说：“靠税收啊!我们当地政府扶持百姓的资金都是来自地税收入，像妈妈就是个纳税人呢，每个月都要缴个人所得税，企业还要要缴纳企业所得税等很多税呢。
妈妈自豪地说：“我们市财政总收入和地税收入在全省县级市里可都是在前几位的呢。财力的增加得益于我们政府的正确领导，当然更离不开我们老百姓辛勤地劳动，我们应该为能生活在宜兴这一个美丽繁荣的先进城市而感到无比的骄傲自豪。
我开始有点懂了，不禁问妈妈，那新学期开学，我们读书的学费比以前少了很多，老师说学费和书本费是国家帮我们交了，原来其中更离不开税收的功劳啊!
现在，我们城市发展这么迅速，农民生病也有了大病保险，困难户每月都能领到基本生活补助，就连肉价上涨都有物价补贴……这一切不正体现了“税收取之于民，用之于民的宗旨吗?正因为有了大家的按时纳税，才有了我们今天和谐美好、人人太平的生活!
中国正在崛起，家乡正在崛起，这是任何人都可以看到的事实。我坚信，中国，必将出现一个又一个的辉煌的60年!家乡，必将拥有更多新的变化!

As is shown above, a leader father is sitting in the chair with a seal grasping in the hand, and a lot of money beside him. He seriously said to his son that there is more to life than just money -it is power. Simple as the picture is, but a profound truth is reveled in the picture.
I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

我和她的相遇纯属偶然。去年十一假期，我随父母回外婆家帮忙秋收。那一天我们去扒苞米，外婆家这块地与邻村的地紧挨着。对于我这个在城市里长大孩子来说，这一切只是新鲜，哪儿干过这样儿的活？起先我还学着大人的样子，弯下腰扒了几穗苞米，过一会儿新鲜劲儿过了，便哀求着妈妈要了手机，坐在车厢里玩儿。
妈妈不愿意让我玩手机，趁装苞米直腰的空就抬头看了我好几次，妈妈终于忍不住说：“旁边的那块地里也有个小朋友，你可以去找她玩会儿啊。”我一听，什么，在这荒郊野外还能遇到其他小朋友，顿时精神大振，赶紧放下手机，向周围扫视了一下，看见了——在不远的一块地里果然有个小姑娘。我兴奋得跳下车厢，连蹦带跳地朝旁边的那块地走去。
我径直走进她家地里，她的爸爸妈妈在前面较远的地方扒苞米，她呢？就一个人，在苞米堆边往个麻袋里装苞米棒呢，她看到我，先是一愣，然后腼腆地问：“你，你找谁？”，我赶紧说：“我想找你玩会儿。”她眼睛一亮，马上放下手里的活，冲我笑笑，表示同意。我俩马上就玩在了一起。一个草叶，一穗苞米，一棵苞米秆都是我俩的好玩具。然后就是说不尽的话，她讲农村的故事，我讲城里的见闻，从她的话语中我知道了她的名字：可心，今年9岁了。
可心就像她的名字一样可爱，暖心。我俩沿着地里的垄沟走过来，再沿着垄台走过去，玩得不亦乐乎。
玩着玩着，我突然发现自己的鞋带松了，于是我摘下手套去系鞋带，系完鞋带一抬头发现手套少了一只，原来我的手套被可心这个调皮鬼给拿走了。我俩在地头追逐起来，她跑得可真快啊，我怎么也撵不上她。后来她跑到外婆家地里，直接把那只手套扔到了车厢里，结果手套掉进苞米堆的空隙里被苞米棒给埋里了，我俩立刻冲上装苞米的车，把头一齐扎进车厢里，把苞米一穗穗向两边扔，我俩就像两只鹌鹑遇到惊吓把头扎进土里一样……找了好一会儿，也没找到，累得我俩直起腰喘喘气，当我们抬头看对方的瞬间，一起乐倒在苞米堆上：她的头上沾了好多苞米胡子，叶子，还有草，像个逃荒的.。她也指着我笑得说不出话来，我顺手划拉一下头，也扯下几根苞米胡子来……手套没找到。她感到非常不好意思，把她的手套摘下来，红着脸，硬往我走里塞，说是要赔给我的，她真可爱。那手套怎么会丢呢，它就躺在某一穗苞米的怀里，卸了车自然就看见了，她居然认真地要赔我。
玩累了，我俩坐在地头，可心问我吃不吃不甜秆，我以为她在逗我玩，因为到处都是干枯的苞米秆，一点水份都没有，那里会有什么甜秆。她说：“你等着，我给你找”。只见她随手拿一根苞米秆，麻利地折断、嗑开了，递给我，让我嚼一嚼。啊，可真甜呀，这是甘蔗吗？可心告诉我挑选甜秆的方法，我也学着可心的样子，找来一根苞米秆费劲地折断、嗑开了，哎吗，干巴巴的，一点甜水都没有，我无奈地吐出来，可心被我的滑稽样子逗笑了。
在我俩的笑声里，天渐渐地要黑了，一辆车开进她家的地里，把苞米拉走了……她妈妈在叫她回家，她恋恋不舍地看着我，什么也没说，当她坐在妈妈的摩托车后座上远去的时候还不住地回头、向我挥手……
