山东枣庄：接闺女，喝“暑羊”

　暑羊”是什么?其实就是羊肉汤。枣庄入伏时，正是农忙之人该休息休息，享受享受的'一个短暂的农闲期。把嫁出去的闺女接回来，只羊，喝羊肉汤，吃伏羊便成了一方民俗。

　养学家认为伏天吃羊肉营养价值最高。三伏天人体内积热，喝羊汤必然全身大汗淋漓，排出五脏积热和体内毒素，极有益健康。

　江台州：送“大暑船”，吃姜汁调蛋

　暑送“大暑船”是台州好多渔村都有的民间传统习俗，大意是把“五圣”送出海，送暑保平安民。“大暑船”按旧时三桅帆船缩小比例后建造，船内载各种祭品，进行一系列祈福仪式后，被拉出渔港，在大海上点燃，任其沉浮，以此祝福人们五谷丰登、生活安康。

台州椒江人还有吃姜汁调蛋的风俗，姜汁能去除体内湿气，姜汁调蛋“补人”。也有老年人喜欢吃鸡粥，谓能补阳。

广东：六月大暑吃仙草，活如神仙不会老

　东很多地方在大暑时节有“吃仙草”的习俗。仙草又名凉粉草、仙人草，是药食两用植物。因为具有神奇的消暑功效而被誉为“仙草”。茎叶晒干后可做成烧仙草，广东一带叫凉粉，是一种消暑的甜品。
