老妈常说，营养全面有利于成长。如何才能吃得有滋有味、营养丰富呢?吃包子呀。老妈就常常做包子给我吃，我也常常参与其中，居然“偷偷”学会了做包子的方法。现在我背着老妈把这做包子的“秘籍”说给你听，你可要记好了。
第一步，先发面。取面粉3两，放进面盆。然后取酵母少许放在碗中，加35℃温水化开搅匀，做成发酵水。然后把发酵水慢慢倒进面粉，一边倒，一边用手搅动面粉，使发酵水与面粉混合均匀。等面粉结成团状后停止加水。这时要注意了，水不可加得太少，太少面硬，做出的包子口感不好;也不可加得太多，太多面软，做出的包子扁平无形，外观不好看。将面团团成一块，然后放在面板上反复揉搓，感觉面团筋道了，就可以重新放入面盆，盖好发酵即可。在室温下，面团发酵的时间是20～40分钟。在发面的时间里，就可以做馅了。
第二步，做馅。将准备好的精肉剁碎成小丁状。注意不要剁得太碎，如泥一样的肉馅，吃起来不爽口，影响食欲。剁好的肉放适量花生油、食盐、酱油，然后搅拌均匀腌渍。拌馅时，老妈有一个密招，就是馅中不能加鸡精，鸡精会破坏精肉的天然鲜味，实属无益。注意，此时有人习惯将葱姜末一起加在其中腌渍，老妈的经验是此时不加葱姜末，避免葱姜遇盐走味，不妨把它们放在最后环节再加，以保持葱姜的天然香气。腌肉的时间里，将木耳用热水快速发好剁碎，再将鲜蘑菇洗净剁碎，还可以剁些胡萝卜、青萝卜、海带、菠菜……总之，各种各样的菜都可以加进来。把剁好的蔬菜一一放在腌好的精肉中，然后加上葱末姜末，顺着一个方向快速搅拌均匀，包子馅就做好了。
第三步，包好，蒸。准备好了包子馅，面也就发好了。将面放在面板上再搓揉一会儿，然后分成大小均匀的剂子，再擀成中间略厚四周较薄的皮儿，包上适量的包子馅，放在两手中间一挤，或边挤边捏，包子就做好了。包子可以包成饺子的形状，也可以包成圆形。当然了，如果你有创意，还可以包出各种“异形”的包子呢。包包子的同时，把水烧上，包子包好了，水基本也烧开了，就上锅蒸。先小火蒸5分钟，然后再大火蒸15分钟，一共20分钟，美味可口的包子就蒸好了。停火后别急着揭开锅盖，揭早了，包子从“大热”中突然暴露，容易“萎缩”，所以停火之后过几分钟，等锅里的温度下降后再揭开盖子，取出白白胖胖的'包子，咬一口尝尝吧，真是太美味了!

你看，我们班的同学们一个个背着大包小包到学校，你猜我们要干什么?秘密是我们要做包子和馒头。一到中午要先讲怎么做，可我那时一个字也听不进去了。因为我太激动了，想马上动手做包子。
到了食堂，我被派去洗葱了。先打开水龙头，抓起一根葱，利落的撕掉外围的一部分葱叶，留下了可以食用的一部分葱叶和葱白。一手抓住葱白，另一只手从葱白往葱叶上面“走”，来回用力搓了好多下，确认清理干净后，便放回盘子里。洗了两根后，不知道哪里“有人”发射了“催泪弹”。顿时，身体启动了保护系统，我看向镜子里的自己，眼睛泪汪汪的，眼圈红红的。最后，我想到一个妙招，闭着眼睛洗。另外两根葱很快就洗完了。我一回到组里，组长大人交给我一项新的“艰巨”任务，去和隔壁组“讨价还价”，要一块肉回来，为何?
因为刚才在分肉时，我手没有握稳，给组里的肉少分了一些，别人组里的肉比我们多出不止一倍。组里的人看见分到的那一点肉，一起用愤怒的眼神看着我。在那能人于无形之中的目光下，我连忙短期盘子大步奔跑，像老鼠见了猫一样狼狈，冲到隔壁组去要肉。在与“廖因斯坦”谈判过后，战果丰厚，得到一块体积大约45立方厘米大小的肉，外加一两葱花和些许姜末。
我喜滋滋的回到组里，开始拌馅。一个利落的动作，把油、糖、盐、葱花和姜末一股脑儿倒进肉盘里，先揉后拌。拌好的馅红黄绿相间，看起来像赤红的土地上，长出了绿树，开满了黄花(因为组长切得姜太多了。可是，我手上沾满了油，洗也洗不掉!我们开始包包子时，我包了一堆“丑八怪”，外加一个大大的肉丸子。我们目送这些包子们进了蒸笼，就去上至爱的电脑课了。
上完电脑课，再次来到食堂时，包子早已蒸好，等候我们享用。我迫不及待、抓起一个“丑八怪”，大口咬下去，想到了一句歌词：“我很丑，但是我很美味。”转眼间，一个包子进入了无底黑洞了。我还吃了豆沙包，以及其他组的“丑八怪”远亲包子。
美味的包子，勾起了小时候喜爱的胡萝卜羊肉包子。周末，我们家里要做包子，爸爸和面、做皮，我拌馅，妈妈和香香坐享美味。
