Even people from different sides of the globe can share pictures, feelings and thoughts through various types of apps on the phone, thus building a long-distance connection. On the other hand, as the picture warns us, too much smartphone addiction interferes with people's real-life communication. Statistics show that over 70 percent of face-to-face communication consists of facial expressions and body language, which is why people should stay away from mobile phones when they have the chance to actually talk and communicate with others.
In a word, mobile phones act as an appropriate platform where people can always stay in tough however long the distance is, but a wise man should know when to put down his phone.

今天上午我回到家，因为路很难走我还以为妈妈不会来了呢?我就拿起奶奶的手机给妈妈打电话，报个平安：“妈妈我回来了。”“哦，宝贝儿我回家给你一个礼物，好不好。”我高兴地说：“好。”
妈妈回到家，我出门去迎接妈妈，我顺便看看给我带的什么礼物，我看看电动车前面的篮子里什么东西也没有。来到屋里我生气地说：“妈妈你给我的礼物呢?”妈妈什么也没说，只是把嘴伸到我的脸边亲了一下。
我生气地想：我还以为是什么好吃或好看的礼物呢，原来只是亲一下，有什么好的，切。
经过的深思熟虑，我感觉到妈妈还是很爱我的。这件礼物是在世界上买不到的，世界上的妈妈都是好妈妈。妈妈还淋着雨从姥姥家回来，妈妈回来的时候姥姥姥爷舍不得的说在这里住一晚上再回家吧!妈妈回到家衣服已经湿透了。
我嘴伸到妈妈的脸上，亲了一下，离开妈妈，我看见妈妈的脸上满是笑容，我也笑了。
我们要珍惜父母对我们做的一切和对我们的爱。要不然你会后悔的。

我又在网络上查阅了正确使用手机的方法：在手机呼出时最好先将手机远离头部；尽量减少每次使用手机的时间，以及每天使用手机的次数。在必须要较长时间通话时，应左右耳交替或者使用耳机更为科学；当手机信号变弱时，手机会自动提高电磁波的发射功率，此时不要把耳朵紧贴手机；不要在墙角处接打手机，建筑物角落的信号覆盖比较差，因此会在一定程度上使手机的辐射功率增大；接打手机时不要随意走动，频繁移动位置会造成接收信号的强弱起伏，从而引发不必要的短时间高功率发射。
看完了信息的我马上将这几点告诉了经常看手机的妈妈，并让她正确使用手机，远离伤害。

现代社会的发展，科技十分迅速，现在各式各样的新鲜物品也问世了，以前人们不能够想象到，在没有面对面的同时还能够跟对方讲上话，现如今，手机在市面上已经流行好多年了，而且非常的普及，但是，在方便人们联系的同时，现在人们也因为手机染上了一些恶习。
我的爸爸妈妈都是一名普通的工人，每天上下班，我只有在晚上的时候才能够看到爸爸妈妈，白天上一天学，到了晚上回到家中，爸爸妈妈，就会各自拿起各自的手机，坐在沙发上，在床上玩耍。每次想要跟爸爸妈妈聊聊天，讲一讲自己在学校的故事的时候，爸爸妈妈总是很不耐烦，告诉我“爸爸在忙，妈妈在忙，一会儿再说……”，这样的话，有的时候，我在学校做的非常好，希望能够回来当爸爸妈妈的表扬，可是爸爸妈妈从不会问一问我在学校过得怎么样，所以现在，我几乎很少跟爸爸妈妈交流。
这都是手机惹的祸。除此之外，手机对我们人类的影响也是很大的，因为经常玩手机，许多人的眼睛，早早的就戴上了眼镜，还有的人，因为手机得了眼睛疾病，有一些事故也是因为在玩手机的时候发生的。
在这里，我希望，所有人一定要适量适度的去使用手机，因为手机，它只是一部通讯设备，也希望大家不要因为通讯设备，而忽略了家人，忽略了朋友，忽略了我们现在的生活。

There is not much news here.I just go to work every morning and come back to my apartment every night.Shanghai is crowded with people,but I don't really know any of them.I don't like the city,but my job is quite interesting,and the pay is quite good.
What are your plans for National Day If you don't have anything special,I hope you can visit Shanghai.Come and share my apartment.It is quite large and it is near the theatres,museums and stores.
