随后，我们又来到了市政府广场上。广场真大呀，大得我看都看不过来；广场真美呀，美得仿佛到了人间仙境。观望四周，广场中间，两边各竖立五根大柱，上面刻着金、银、铜、铁、锡、金、木、水、火、土十个大字，我想，这其中一定说明我们铜陵矿产丰富。广场上除了这些，还有水幕电影、喷泉、各种雕塑、盆景、花卉等等。市政府大楼就矗立在广场正前方，难怪叫市政府广场。

时间老人走得真快，一眨眼就到了下午，我们只好恋恋不舍地回家了。

亭前面有一个大湖，一座五孔石拱桥把它分成了两部分；东边的叫潘家湖，西边的`叫杨家湖。潘家湖的水是浑的，我想是因为潘家做尽坏事、陷害忠良的缘故吧。而杨家湖的水是清的，应该是杨家以身报国、代代是忠良，所以湖水是清的吧！

湖中央和岸边都有很多亭子，它们的顶有的是圆形的，有的是八角形的，有的是裙形的，还有的是六角形的，真是形状各异、千姿百态。

我们在这儿玩了很久，才依依不舍地离开了龙亭。
