三年级上学期的第二次月考，距离考试时间一天一天的逼近，教室的`每个人都好像要与月考展开一场激烈的战争。有一天，我突然头痛，就先回家了，这一痛就痛了足足两个月，这两个月不是整天无法到校上课，就是到学校上了半天课，就又头痛得受不了回家了。这两个月内跑到医院去照脑波，也到大医院做检查，但就是找不出原因。妈妈也常常对我说：“我从来没叫你考第一，尽力就好！”月考战争结束了，我考了第二名，却笑不出来。直到有一天，我放松了自己，猛然发现，我的头不再痛了。从那天起，我对自己说要学习放松自己，什么压力都不会有的。
然而，压力也是动力的来源，不要事事都害怕、退缩，这样压力只会越积越多，到时候也不免和我一样头痛。压力像是一个闹钟，时时提醒着我们朝着梦想按部就班的慢慢努力去实现，所以面对压力最好的方法就是接受它的监督，发挥自己的潜能，和它成为好朋友。
压力就像一位严格的老师，或许它不会时时对着你微笑，不过它是真心为了你好，只要了解这一点，我们就可以勇敢面对压力，接受任何挑战！

花花是我的好朋友，每次我有零食都给它分一点，我穿袜子它就在我的脚上蹭来蹭去，我和它一起晒太阳，跟它一起说悄悄话。
