我对口味有一个偏好：那就是——酸。我喝饮料爱喝酸的，吃各种酱类爱吃酸的，水果当然也不例外。哪种水果最酸呢?那当然要属柠檬了，它可是我的最爱哟!
柠檬,形状可爱小巧，看上去水灵灵、嫩生生的，我无法用文字准确地形容那外皮的色彩，说它嫩黄吧，又似乎有一种淡淡的青绿色渗透出来，是那样雅致。切开柠檬那嫩嫩的外皮，一股清香扑鼻而来，让人陶醉。
最让我过瘾的是柠檬的酸，这种滋味可不是任何人都能够接受的。有些人一见着柠檬，甚至一听到柠檬，嘴里就冒酸水儿。而我一见柠檬就立即耐不住馋劲，一尝为快。吃柠檬，那是一种绝美享受。用舌尖在柠檬上轻轻舔上一口，那酸味儿够强劲，让舌头都麻木了。可过了没多久，那酸味儿慢慢漾开，令人回味无穷。若是轻轻咬上一口，柠檬瓤中的酸水在牙齿的挤压下，在口中喷涌而出，满嘴的酸，却又那么清醒，如沐春风，如临仙境，对我来说可真是一种享受!
柠檬要吃就吃新鲜的，可是吃不完也不要紧。吃不完的柠檬可以把它切片，然后平放在阳光充足处晒干。晒干后的柠檬可以泡茶喝。这泡出的柠檬茶隐约带着一股清香之气，喝上一口，那淡淡的茶水中透着淡淡的酸味儿，说有多好喝就有多好喝。
这就是我最喜爱的水果——酸酸的柠檬。
