开学就上六年级了。六年级是小学阶段的终点，也是升入初中的新起点。所以，我要对六年级做一个总体的规划。
首先是学习方面。本学期，我要在期末中进入前五。当然，这不是说说就可以进去的，我要在课堂上积极发言，每节课要发言2-3次，确保真正学会。课后按时复习，每周末做试卷，每月末考试卷，并且每次把试卷成绩记录在册，次次做比较。学习方面，我除了把成绩提高上去之外，我还要把字练好，能写一手漂亮清秀的好字，一直是我的梦想。这学期，我要向这一个目标好好努力，每天都要练1页字，争取早日达成这一目标。
其次是为班级做些力所能及的工作。这学期，我打算继续做好何老师的.小助手，担任数学课代表这一职务。同时也于老师多交流，把自己的学习成绩，工作能力与其他方面都提高些。
最后是小升初方面。我理想的初中是常州外国语学校，大家一定都知道常外不是想上就能上的，每年报考人数都很多，所以我要在众多报考者中脱颖而出的话，那我就需要比别人多下几分功夫，多参与各项比赛，并且要与同学们都成为非常要好的朋友，取得良好的人际关系，多多帮助他人，让班级更加和谐。
我要用这个说长不长，说短不短的100天为我的学习生涯打下一层牢固的底砖，这样的话，我就可以在以后六年的学习生涯中越走越平稳！

在焦裕禄同志逝世xx周年的今天，重温《焦裕禄》，重读《县委书记的榜样》，重新认识党的群众路线，感慨万千，泪水从脸庞滑过。
从解救“小偷”，看焦裕禄的群众路线
焦裕禄上任伊始，下乡途中，遇到村干部对一个五花大绑的壮汉棍棒相加，他立即上前制止，并了解情况。“同志，娃娃饿呀，队里秋粮只分了老秤12两高粱，全家揭不开锅了呀”。“揭不开锅就偷呀？”
凭心而论，村干部做的没有错，在那个集体利益至上的年代，将“小偷”绳之以法，本无可厚非。但是，焦裕禄能够看到是因为“一年只分了老秤12两高粱”的现实，逼迫人民群众不得不铤而走险，责任不在群众，在干部。
联想到我们日常工作中，有多少人不是抱着村干部的观点在工作呢，僵化地执行制度、流程，因为一点点小问题，让基层的员工一次次无功而返，不愿多承担一丁点责任，甚至将制度、流程当作挡箭牌。看似忠于职守，实则明哲保身。
从挽留大学生，看焦裕禄的'群众路线
听说林场研究泡桐的大学生要走，他二话不说，一路小跑追到火车站。“小魏呀，你走的急，我来不及准备，刚才我在那泡桐苗圃里抓了一把沙土，一呢，就算是我送你的小小的礼物，二呢，还希望你今后帮助我们研究研究这个土质。不管到了哪里，都不要忘了地图上还有兰考这么一个地方啊！”
知道小魏要离开兰考，焦裕禄心头在滴。但是，面对小魏，他没有一句责备，而是充满了关切，句句实在，暖人心窝。在他的感动下，小魏打消了回老家的念头。
相反，在我们身边，个别领导干部在人员流失问题上，就显得心胸不够豁达，处理问题的方式也容易将矛盾激化。不能像焦裕禄一样，首先反思自己，查找人员流失的真正原因，只会一味地埋怨，设置障碍，结果往往事与愿违。
从深入基层，看焦裕禄的群众路线
焦裕禄下乡，骑个破自行车，背一卷旧棉絮，径直走到了牲口棚。“哎呀，老大爷，你这个牲口喂的好呀，我转了这么多地方，您的牲口棚算是头一份呀，您得给咱大伙介绍介绍经验呀”。焦裕禄和人民群众总是有说不完的话，唠不完的家常。
人民日报3月31日刊登文章《官员下基层 问了家里几口人后不知如何继续交流》。报道称：某省一位厅长下基层，问了群众“家里几口人”“收入怎么样”“有没有什么困难”等几个简单问题后，就不知如何继续交流下去。
几年前，有一次我到项目部找青年干部谈心，曾经亲耳听到基层员工描绘有些领导下基层，颇为生动。“公司领导坐个车来了，项目经理、书记陪着转一圈，中午喝喝酒、吃吃饭，下午就走了，我们哪能见上面。今天如果不是你组织我们开座谈会，我能开门进来说：x部长，我能找你谈谈吗？”尽管这可能只是个案，也无须放大，但至少说明一种现象的存在，值得我们深思。
观罢影片，我一直在沉思，焦裕禄的群众路线究竟是什么？正如影片中焦裕禄说：群众满意，才是衡量工作的唯一标准。对，这就是焦裕禄的群众路线，一切为了群众，一切依靠群众，从群众中来，到群众中去。
