您好！
孩子是家庭的未来，是祖国的未来，孩子的安全关系到家庭的稳定，关系到社会的稳定。由于儿童缺少生活，应变能力差，在道路上骑自行车很不安全。根据《中华人民共和国道路交通法实施条例》的规定：“不满十二周岁的儿童不准在道路上骑自行车”和“驾驶电动自行车和残疾人机动轮椅车必须年满16周岁”。同时根据我校所在的地理位置和实际情况，为了减少交通事故的发生和保证你孩子的安全,我校规定小学部所有学生禁止骑自行车，初中部家庭住址必须在粮食局十字以西的学生才可以骑自行车，同时坚决不允许骑电动车和摩托车上下学。
如果您的孩子满足以上条件并需要骑自行车上学，请您向您孩子的班主任提出申请，经批准以后才可以骑自行车上下学。同时必须经常告诉孩子骑自行车的安全常识并教育孩子遵守交通安全法规。
我们恳请您教育孩子遵守以下自行车安全守则：
1、 每次上路前，保证车况良好，检查车铃是否响、轮胎内充气是否合适，尤其要确保刹车系统完好。
2、 在马路上靠右行驶，并顺着车流的方向而行，不逆行，保持路队单列先后顺序，严格遵守交通法则。
3、谨记“八不”：不双手撒把，不多人并骑，不相互攀扶，不追赶比赛，不交谈，不带人，不骑车上下坡，不扒机动车。
4、骑车转弯时，要伸手示意。左转弯时伸出左手示意；同时要选择前后暂无来往车辆时转弯，切不可在机动车驶近时急转猛拐争道抢行。
5、穿越交叉路口时先停下，向左、向右，再向左看，然后穿越。
6、认识车的指示灯，以判别车辆移动的方向(如车子的`转弯灯、刹车灯等
7、如果您的孩子没有满足以上骑自行车的条件，私自将自行车、电动车、摩托车骑到学校来，学校为了您孩子的安全将对所骑车辆进行保管，我们也会在第一时间通知您到学校进行安全教育并将车辆领走。
8、请各位家长配合我们做好孩子的安全教育，如果您的孩子不按相关要求安全上下学，在上下学途中发生任何事故将由孩子监护人承担相应的责任。
