Jenny is my desk-mate. She is a hard-working girl. When she was twelve years old, she won the first in a city-wide poetry recitation contest. Now she is chairman of the Student union in our school. She gives us the impression that her ability to express her ideas is excellent.
In spare time, she likes to carry a book .with her and writes down what she sees and hears. Shes such a lovely girl that I enjoy talking with her to share her ideas.

Zhang Xin is our monitor. She is tall, healthy and lively. She does well in all subjects. She is fond of sports and is good at singing and dancing.Zhang Xin works hard at English. When she came to the school, she had quite a lot of difficulties with the language. But she was not afraid of them and always tried her best to overcome them. She was active in class and did a lot of practice after class. No pains, no gains. With great efforts she made much progress in English study.Zhang Xin is modest and always ready to help others. 我的同桌叫蒋俊扬，是我们班的班长，兼数学组长她长着一双大大的眼睛，浓黑的眉毛和一张不大不小的嘴。然而她最令我敬佩的是她作为班长和数学组长负责的职业精神。

My father is a policeman. He is tall and strong. He looks very cool in the black police uniform. He works in the police station and he is very busy every day. He likes helping people. So he often goes everywhere by his motor cycle. When he sees the people in the trouble, he will try his best to help the people. He is a good policeman. And many people like him very much, too. They often say: “MR Li, you are a good policeman. We like you very much.” But my father always has a point: Helping people is his duty.
My father likes reading books very much. Because he thinks: A good book is a good friend. So he reads books after work every day. Sometimes he plays games with me. We are very happy. I like him very much, because my father is not only my father, but also my good friend.

My dad is my hero. Father is an important person who is everybody in the world should love, such as me : My father, Janusz is 55 years old. He has blue eyes. He's quite tall, but a bit shorter than my husband. My dad is a fitter-walder and he works with a heavy constructions. I see him six times a year, because he was working in Ireland from ten years. He is very hard working. Beside that, when he is coming at home (in Poland, he doing also a houseworks. He says that is always something to do. He makes a dinners whem my mother is outside. However, he likes cooking and his meals are always very tasty. When i was young, he protected me and took care of me with love. He instructed me to be a good person. He is a good model for me since i was born.
