我的美食英语作文怎么写【一】
我一直是他的小“粉丝”，只要他一做红烧肉，我就会站在旁边“偷师”。都说“名师出高徒”，不过，我也不知道自己算不算得上“高徒”。
在我看来，做菜不难，便夸下海口，要亲自为爸爸做一次红烧肉。
那天，我将五花肉、姜、蒜、八角、桂皮和糖准备好，开火，放油。可能是因为火太大，油花溅得到处都是，溅到手上，疼得我直跳，幸好有妈妈及时救场，不然，我就成“红烧肉”了。虽然开头不太好，但我越挫越勇，将姜蒜用油煸香，和五花肉一同翻炒，等到香味溢出，再放入八角、桂皮和糖调味，同时放入几滴酱油上色——这可还不是最后步骤，心急吃不了热豆腐，还要用温火煨两小时。
两小时过去，我迫不及待地揭开锅盖——虽然，我做的红烧肉闻起来怪怪的，看起来也怪怪的，但味道应该会不错吧？
我将红烧肉端上餐桌。餐桌上，爸爸妈妈你看看我，我看看你，却都不动筷子。我站起来，夹起一块卖相最好的红烧肉，放到爸爸碗里：“老爸，快尝尝！虽然没你做的好吃，但也该鼓励鼓励吧，毕竟这是我第一次下厨！”
爸爸夹起肉，放到口中嚼了嚼。我盯着他的脸，不放过任何一个表情——爸爸的.脸就像个调色盘，由红到绿再到紫。
“好吃，好吃，就是有点儿甜了。”最后，他总结道。
“真的？”我连忙夹起一块尝了尝，刚碰到舌头，就条件反射般吐了出来，连喝好几口水才冲淡那怪味。“这根本不是有点儿甜，分明就跟吃糖没什么区别！”说完这句话我就后悔了，这盘“黑暗料理”是出自我的手啊，我脸上的尴尬一览无遗。
“没有，没有，下次别手抖放多了糖就是。”爸爸安慰些我。
我不禁汗颜，说：“真是一勺糖毁了一锅肉啊！”
现在，爸爸还是会给我做红烧肉，味道还和以前一样好。只是爸爸更忙了，我吃到红烧肉的机会少了。我也长大了，不再黏着爸爸，不过，红烧肉的味道永远留在了我心中。
这就是我的美食记忆，一段与爸爸的红烧肉相关的专属记忆。

不过，他要是不生气的时候，其实，也是蛮和善的。我和他一起同桌坐了好些天了。他到也没发什么脾气。脸上也会露出一些笑容来，还会露出两个小酒窝，倒是也蛮可爱的。希望他不要在乱发脾气了。同学之间本来就应该和睦相处的，大家和和气气的，多好呀！
But if hes not angry, hes pretty nice, too. I have been sitting at the same table with him for many days. He did not lose his temper.
