Dear Sir or Madam,

I bought/ordered an electronic dictionary from your online shop on January 1st, but I found it has some problems after using it for a short period of time.

To begin with, the battery needs recharging after a mere 2 hours of use. This means that I need to carry my charger with me when I go out for a day. In addition, the buttons on the electronic dictionary are so small that it is nearly impossible to type anything with them. Personally, I found this to be completely unacceptable.

Therefore, I would like either to change for another model that works well or a full refund. I am looking forward to your prompt reply.

We shall be glad if you will replace all 20 sets as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we have put the damaged computer sets aside in case you need them to support a claim on your suppliers for compensation.

森林里住着一群小动物,随着科技的发展,它们的生活越来越好,对商品的要求也越来越高,渐渐地,它们都用上了名牌。

狐狸看见了,就嗅到了商机,它准备在中心广场开一家商店。因为它想:它们那么需要高级商品,如果我开一家百货商店,一定能赚大钱!

开张第一天,狐狸拿着一个大喇叭朝外大声的喊着:“快来看呀!开张第一天,全场八折优惠,买够100元即可抽一次奖,优惠多多,多买多送哦!”小动物们听了想:那么便宜?不会吧!它们立刻从四面八方赶过来,把狐狸的店围的是里三层外三层。

狐狸店里,迎来了第一位客人——老虎。老虎一进店,狐狸就傻了眼,为什么老虎是第一个呢?狐狸只好带着笑容走了上去对老虎说:“老虎大王,您是第一个光临我们小店的人,要知道您的到来这可是我的荣幸啊!”老虎走到食品区看见了“进口的澳洲牛肉”馋得直流口水了。狐狸笑着说:“这牛肉可是进口的,全森林只有我一家才有,而且库存只有5盒了。”老虎连想不想交了三千多元把5盒牛肉拿走了。狐狸狡诈的想:嘿嘿,那些不是进口牛肉而是用豆子做的伪劣牛肉。

第二天,小动物们纷纷赶来投诉,最后,动物们送给狐狸一句话:狐狸开商店——没好货。

作为本商店新上任的经理,我认为要把商店办好,必须树立为顾客服务,视顾客为衣食父母的思想。在这一思想指导下,想方设法,千方百计,提高服务质量,实现社会效益、经济效益双丰收。

为此,我的施政方针首先就是建立营业监督处,专门负责监督营业员的服务态度。由商店领导组成,领导们绝不能再坐在办公室里指手划脚了。麦当劳公司不是把所有高层干部的椅子背全锯掉了吗?他们这样做,就是为了让干部们多走动走动,多去站柜台。我们也要像他们那样,领导和营业员并肩战斗在第一线。

另外,营业监督处必须增加工作的透明度:让来这里购物的顾客都成为监督员。还要按时召开顾客代表会和记者招待会。顾客对营业员服务态度和商品质量有意见的话,可以立即向我们营业监督处反映。另外,凡是来提建议的,无论错与对.我们都要虚心接受,有则改之,无则加勉。以良好的职业道德文明经商,让来我店购物的顾客一百个、一千个、一万个放心,一万个满意。对内,奖罚分明,根据顾客的推荐或检举,给予奖励、晋升或处罚。

在吸引顾客方面、我们努力做到直接向厂家进货.减少复杂的.进货渠道,以求减少商品成本,降低价格,真正做到薄利多销;同时使我们能够像北京物美商场一样。做到“商店平民化”,使广大的工薪阶层喜欢上我们商店购物。

耳则就是把好货源关,坚决不进次货、假货,做到价廉物美。在提高服务质量的同时,真正做到货真价实,童臾无欺。要让每个营业员都懂得:我们从事的是为两个文明服务的社会主义商业,而不是“捞一把就走”的皮包公司。我们应提倡服务第一、赚钱第二。

作为一店之主,我必将我的这一想法付之于行动。这决不是新官上任三把火,而是要长期坚持搞下去。商店是一个群体,搞好商店,既需要各位同仁齐心协力,更需要顾客严格监督。

我坚信,抓住这两点,我店一定会兴旺发达,永立不败之地!
