前几天，我在社团训练的时候，教练走过来对我说：“王智恒，你想不想参加一个篮球比赛？”
真的么？我当时不敢相信我的耳朵，也不敢相信教练会对我说出这样的话，平常他都是特别严厉的对我们训练，很少会对我们说话。
“可是....我是不是有一点胖了？”
“谁告诉你你这样的人就就不可以参加正式比赛了？当年奥尼尔（NBA前湖人队职业篮球运动员）不是也经常遭到队友的斥责么？可是他不是也没有放弃，得到了2004年NBA的总冠军加MVP么。你也是一样....不想和你说太多了，去不去你自己决定，不然让丁一晨代替你得了。”
什么？丁一晨！那个捣蛋鬼代替我？不行！“我参加！”那时的我毫不犹豫的决定了。
就在昨天（7月18日），我们来到了在京广路上的一个超大的一个体育场，到那里一个小时后，总决赛开始了（7月16,17日选拔赛和总决赛的淘汰赛已经打过了，我们队得到了参加总决赛的机会，选拔赛56:48赢了陇西，淘汰赛70:65赢了迪一俱乐部。），对手也是不可小看，一个个肌肉满身，呵呵，有一点夸张了，毕竟他们才12岁，但一个个各自都特别高。
开始了！我拿到球，看着这个阵容，心中有一些紧张，因为其他几个队员都被防着了。正当我我没办法的\'时候，华昌博（详情请看我的我的博文《三分球大神》）在观众席大喊：“王智恒，投三分！”我听到了他的呼唤，我跳到三分后，双脚用力跳起双手用力向前投球，进了！我自己都不敢相信我居然在那么远的三分后投进了一个完美的三分球。“太棒了，王智恒！”华昌博也为我而高兴。
第二场开始了，我再一次拿到球，这一次对方变聪明了居然有两个人防我，我这一次一点都没有紧张，一个背向转身突破，成功从那个圈中冲出来，抱起球，大步向前跨着双脚用力起跳来了一个完美的三步上篮。
不知不觉，比赛就结束了。我们花了1小时50分钟结束了这场比赛。最终比分为56:37，我们队大获全胜，也是因为这一次比赛，同学们也是对我更加赞赏。
这次比赛，我自己单拿15分，6次助攻，2次篮板，8次抢断，成为了整个篮球场上的焦点。
我悟出了一点道理：管他们怎么说！我就是我，自己做自己的主，不能让他们的话进入我的心甚至伤害我的心，只用在最后告诉他们三个字“我能行！”。
