记得有一天的自然课上，我正在专心致志的听老师讲课。突然，一个纸团从我眼前飞了过去，我定睛一看，原来是沈宇博在传纸条给他的好朋友——宋章彬。等纸条在从宋章彬那传过来时，我偷偷一看，原来他俩正在“纸上谈兵”——聊游戏。

正当他们疑惑时，下课铃响了。等到老师走后，沈宇博大叫一声:“解放喽！”然后叫上几个男同学，像一群马蜂一样冲出了教室。只见沈宇博双手做射击的动作，对准别人，只听“砰——”的一声，一位男同学“嗷——!”的一声倒在地上。唉，他们又在玩真人版电脑游戏了！我看着他们，无奈地摇了摇头。

我的同桌叫徐琼,不怎么漂亮.脸上有一颗黑痣,扎着一根长长的辫子.她喜爱玩剪刀石头布,还爱买东西吃.她做数学作业动作很快,通常都是全班前几名.但是她很粗心老是做错题,有时她一次次的改正,最后还是错了.没办法她只好向我求援,我就开始仔仔细细教起了她.在我的帮助下终于做对了.这时她兴奋的坐在座位上,心中好象在呐喊：“我做对啦!”
她虽然学习不怎么样,但是我还是挺佩服她的.我从她那里学到了很多东西,比如她会发明很多小游戏,让我们尽情的玩；她完成作业的速度很快等等.

Usually, she spends half an hour in learning English that takes us much to remember vocabularies and read the articles. Moreover, she not only focuses on her own study, but also helps other students in need. Classmates like asking her for help, because she is always ready for help. However, I prefer to regard her as my friend rather than desk mate. We communicate with each other frequently after class. We discuss our study as well as share our lives. 记得有一次，有个同学路过他的位置时，不小心碰到了他的胳膊肘，他就气得暴跳如雷，吹胡子瞪眼的，立马“嗖”的一声从位置上站起来，大声吼道：“你为什么要撞我呀！我的`胳膊肘都被你撞得痛了。”那个同学连忙连声道歉：“对不起，对不起，我不是故意的，下次我绕道走。”这才平息下来一场风波，要是那个同学不道歉的话，可有好戏看了。他们肯定打起来了。我到现在都记得他那次生气时的样子，他的眼睛瞪得圆圆的，像两颗乒乓球似的，都快凸出来了呢！那眼睛上面的一对眉毛更像狐狸了，还两手叉着腰呢！看这架势就想要打架的样子，谁看了他都害怕。他这幅样子我现在回忆起来仍然清晰可见，还有点胆战心惊呢！

周末，我和妈妈去逛超市，看到超市里各种各样新鲜的蔬菜，整整齐齐地摆在货架上。韭菜肥肥胖胖，黄瓜笔笔直直，茄子肥肥大大，显得茁壮葱翠。我觉得，这大概是很健康的蔬菜吧。当我正在挑蔬菜时，旁边的老婆婆一边叹气一边唠叨着：“现在的蔬菜都是用化肥和农药喂起来的，原来细细的韭菜叶现在这么粗壮，黄瓜也是用农药抹出来的\'，难道吃点健康食品就这么难么？”我留意到，超市里有单独一个专柜,号称是“有机蔬菜”，价钱比平常的价格贵了不少，但菜品还是长得胖胖的，一点虫眼都没有，不知道是不是真正的“有机”。
回到家，妈妈打开手机的微信看朋友圈里的信息，发现里面有很多关于食品安全的不好消息。我不由得也发问了，难道吃点放心食物就这么难么？
前些日子，关于食品安全的事件也是一再曝光，多少表面光鲜的产品内里却是多么不堪入目，我们几乎是每天吃的蔬菜水果，也添加了多少有害农药？病人吃的胶囊，也曝出了“毒胶囊”,转基因不知是好是坏，却已经贴近我们的生活。
食品安全，已经成为我们生活中最大的问题之一。俗话说的“病从口入”现在已经真真切切地变成了正常现象。我们的身体难道不重要么？难道产出假冒伪劣产品自己不会吃到么？我真的想问一问生产这些的人，难道这没有昧了自己的良心么？
我认为，要杜绝这些假冒伪劣的商品，杜绝不健康的蔬菜水果，除了靠每个人的自觉维护外，还应该加大监管力度，因为食品安全的问题不仅仅是个人的责任，政府也应该坚决抵制，保护公民的食品安全。其次，解决食品安全的问题还要靠法律的要求。应该建立全新的食品安全法律法规体系，制定与国际接轨的食品质量标准健全的法律体系；同时，建立有效的食品安全信息系统，完善食品安全预警机制通过定时发布食品市场等信息，及时通报不合格食品的召回信息，使消费者了解食品安全的真是情况，增强自我保护能力，让不安全的食品没有市场也是解决食品安全的重要途径之一。
最后，让我们一起同不合格食品作斗争，尽自己的绵薄之力，还一片放心的美食天空！
