第二：认真落实安全生产责任制，做到用制度管人，用制度促管理做到制度面人人平等。
第三：要经常性加强安全教育学习活动，严格规定不经安全培训或不合格不得上岗，通过强化培训学习使职工熟悉熟练安全生产的基本知识，及操作规程，强化自身安全生产意识，及自我防范能力。
第四：努力做到不伤害自己，不伤害他人，不被他人伤害，真正将安全生产意识深入到我们心中脑中，为促使各矿的长治久安。
人作为管理主体，也就是煤矿的管理者，那么管理者对安全生产的意识会间接影响到煤矿的安全，那么他会为员工配备相应的安全措施，并且会对员工在日常工作的安全防范工作，可以间接的减少安全事故的发生，反之可能会由于管理者的`疏忽和放任造成安全事故。
从根本上控制安全隐患，就必须严格落实安全管理制度。历次的煤矿事故都是违规的操作引起的，所以要想实现事故零发生就必须注重制度的落实，同时落实安全管理制度的重要环节，就是落实好工序管理，制度是对事故发生控制最好的措施，所以我们要建立健全个人安全管理制度，同时还要发挥职工在劳动过程中的主观能动性，自觉的进行安全保护，要把安全真正成为煤矿工作的主题词。通是过这个影片，使我认识到安全是煤矿企业的重中之重，安全生产不仅关系到企业的发展更关系着每个职工家庭的幸福，确保煤矿安全生产，是煤矿企业发展的基石，更是以人为本的具体表现。
