食堂的叔叔、阿姨们有许多心理话要跟大家讲，正如你们有许多心理话要跟我们讲一样。
首先感谢同学们对学校食堂的厚爱与认可，理解与包容。过去的两年间，我校食堂实行的是包伙制，包伙制的好处吃饭人员相对固定，食堂好准备饭菜，食堂的浪费少，运行成本低，有利于提供伙食水平。缺点是自主选择的余地小，不吃饭也把伙食费交了而显得不公平。本学期，学校实行卖饭制，优点学生享有更多的自主选择权，这也符合市场经济与民主社会的发展方向。但也带来了一系列新的问题。
其一：建立新的运行机制，做不到一蹴而就，还有一段摸索的过程，这期间必然有服务质量的徘徊期，要请同学们理解与支持。
其二：晚上调为主餐，吃米饭，炒菜，主要考虑到“经饿”，因为晚自习时间长，同学们学习消耗能量大，当然同学们花费也增加了。
其三：有的餐厅出现拥堵，饭菜量不足。要求售饭窗口及时提醒饭菜即将售罄，也请同学们主动避开人流高峰，选择其他窗口与餐厅用餐，饭菜总量充足，但是上下楼调菜十分不便。如果不错时，将更拥挤。
其四：不同价位的窗口比例不合理。正在统计各个窗口的就餐总人数，初步决定晚餐的8元窗口减少，6元窗口增加。
其五：有的同学提出饭菜价格偏高。学校食堂不像饭店，客人来了才做饭，而是做好饭等客人，客人不来，饭菜就浪费了。浪费的'饭菜要计入成本的。饭菜品种越多，浪费愈大。另外食堂人员的工资、水电费用不是国家财政负担的，是食堂自身负担的。
其六：饭菜品种还不够。目前已经有近10品种菜肴，一天两顿饭都是这样，工人的劳动量翻番，叔叔阿姨们已经忙不过来了。我们计划设立生活体验岗，让同学们参与体验。另外，红苋菜这类蔬菜市场上量很小。
其七：餐厅怎么让同学们做好“自洁”工作。一是错时用餐，下一批人需要一个整洁的就餐环境。二是餐厅的叔叔阿姨忙不过来。锅炉工夜里两点半起身，主食工夜里3点起身。做好自洁工作也是文明人的基本素养。
其八：卫生方面老出问题，如地面滑，餐具有残渣，筷子陈旧等问题。食堂正在招聘员工，也正在采购洗碗机等设备，我们有决心把卫生问题彻底解决。
其九：特色窗口什么时候开。特色窗口让同学们换换口味，非常受同学们欢迎。目前的错时时间比较短，人还比较挤，来不及吃特色小吃。目前计划先把面条窗口开起来。
其十：卡的问题比较多。缴费余额马上补充到卡上，卡丢失后要尽快挂失，以减少损失。
其十一：有不少同学不吃饭，部分同学用钱没计划而没钱吃，部分同学太节约而舍不得吃。长期的不良习惯对身体健康极为不利。
