其中对我印象最深的是“起亚汽车的竞争对手是诺基亚”和“把斑马放进冰箱需要几步”这俩个案例。当我第一次看见这俩个题目的时候我不禁提出了疑惑：起亚汽车的竞争者不是应该是像美国通用和日本丰田之类的世界领先汽车厂家吗？为什么是看起来与汽车行业毫不相关的诺基亚手机呢？带着疑问我继续往下看……原来作者在看纪录片《发现》时候发现了一个非常有意思的广告现象。首先播出的是起亚（KIA）的广告，然后是诺基亚（NOKIA）广告，给听众的感觉好像是后者在大声喊：“NO！ KIA！”。其实从产品方面来说，汽车和移动手机是完全不同的俩种产品。但是从客户满意度方面来看如果有共同点，这俩种产品就绝对不属于完全不同的领域了。如果把诺基亚的“科技以人为本”这种理念带入起亚汽车，该公司的产品，即汽车是不是也可以很好的成为人（消费者）和人（消费者）之间的桥梁呢？而且现在跨行业之间也出现了强大的竞争对手，因为存在与行业属性无关的竞争项目。
同样的，把“斑马放进冰箱需要几步”这一有趣的问题也吸引了我。按照人的正常思维，斑马是不可能放进冰箱的。带着疑问我看了下答案：“打开冰箱门，把斑马放进去，关上冰箱门。”第二个问题：把大象放进冰箱需要几步？第三个问题：百兽之王狮子召开“动物大会”。所有的动物都到了，唯独有一个动物没有参加，它是谁呢？第四个问题：你的前面是一条江，不管怎么样，你都要渡过这条江，而江中有一条凶猛的鳄鱼。请问：你怎么做才能安全地过江？国外的一家咨询公司的统计数字表明，90％的普通职场人士被问及上述四个问题时，一个正确答案都回答不出。而还没上初中的很多孩子都能回答对几个问题。有个说法叫“虎视牛行”，即像老虎一样用锐利的目光审时度势，像黄牛一样缓缓行走，等候机会。这句话的真正含义好似要俩面均衡发展，不能偏向任务一方。一个公司的在视察市场进行判断的时候也应这样思考。老虎敏锐的目光和牛矫健的行动互相协调，如此灵活思考和判断就能在市场竞争中不放走身边的机会。
