如今，人们已经步入科技信息时代。网络在迅速发展，生活节奏在不断加快。人们需要网络来提高效率，但在自我管理差的青少年身上，网络的危害实在太大。尤其是电子游戏对他们的诱惑，让大部分人无法自拔。因此，我们要对电子游戏进行一些约束，但我觉得，最重要的是，青少年要学会自己管理自己，严格要求自己。
电子游戏建立在网络的基础上，所以，要管理电子游戏就要先治理网络。20__年6月，四名沉迷网络的未成年人在海淀区学院路一处网吧纵火，造成多人伤亡。20__年12月，天津市一位13岁的一位少年因沉迷网络，模仿网游成瘾而跳楼自。其实，这些事例不在少数。像这样的人，都是因为网络沉迷而走上歧途。所以，规范网络的运行是十分有必要的。为了保障未成年人的身心健康，政府要做的，是一定要加大执法力度，严惩破坏网络环境的人。
萧伯纳曾说：“自我控制是最强者的本能。”王安石也曾到：“不患人之不能，而患已之不勉。”可见，自我控制对于个人的影响巨大，而青少年在面对网络游戏是就是要做到“自治”。不过，这说起来容易做起来难。一个能真正做到“出淤泥而不染，濯清涟而不妖”的人又能有几个呢？日本作家村上春树在记录生活时，曾写道：清晨五点起床，晚上十点之前就寝，这样一种简单而规则的生活宣告开始。生活的自律，也使他在不断的提升。其实，网络成瘾的人就是没有时间观念，他们的生活很大部分被网络占据者着。如果，他们能从生活的点点滴滴的小事中，做到有规律地运行，不用刻意让自己不再接触电子游戏。去发现生活中的美好，体会生活的快乐，等到时间慢慢过去，他们也会突然发现，自己对这些电子游戏似乎没有那么依赖了。
对于时下流行的电子游戏，如果管理好网络，青少年自己也能做到自我管理。我想，电子游戏会成为社会生活独特的一种生活方式，而不再是现在被人们担心的问题。

我的童年是多姿多彩的，有喜，有怒，有哀有乐，那些事情有时很可笑，有时又很无奈。
我的小时候，什么都不知道，主要是哭，学会走路的时候乱跑，到早教班也是玩儿，好不容易学会了一个“大"字，还是我哥教会我的。我小时候还经常逃课，逃午睡，躲到男厕所里不出来，由于大部分老师都是女性，所以我们总能逃过午睡。现在想想，我都不知道那些时间我是怎么耗过去的。
有次，妈妈因为当时的我还够不着马桶，就给我买了个尿盆回来，绿色的还泛着点黄色，刚拿回来的时候我还不知道这是干什么用的，好奇的这边瞧瞧那边看看，端详了一阵后，举起了尿盆，妈妈不知道我又在搞什么怪也只是看着我不为所动。只见我”咣“的一下把尿盆我的头上，当帽子戴了！我那时候头还很小，如果按我现在的头围把尿盆往头上扣，应该像个西瓜太郎，但像我原来那么小的头，尿盆往上一放把脸也给盖住了，成了四不像，妈妈看见了”扑哧“笑出了声，看不下去了，过来纠正了我，我乖乖的往里面撒尿，尿完之后把尿到了又扣在了头上，一点儿也不长记性。
我童年的事，常常有一些滑稽的举动，但是在家长看来它是可爱的，在现在的我看来是可笑的，我一些早教班的老师对我的逃课现象当然是可气的。
小时候的我就是这样：可爱，可笑又可气。
