平时，看见妈妈做西红柿炒鸡蛋时便觉得很有趣，我很想亲自尝试一下，就在今天晚上“机会”终于来了。我走进厨房对妈妈说：“今天晚上让我来做西红柿炒鸡蛋，行吗？”“好啊！”妈妈爽快地答应了。
妈妈给我准备了四个西红柿两个鸡蛋，油、盐、还有葱后就走了。我把西红柿和葱洗得干干净净，然后把葱叶顶部已发黄的叶子和葱根去除掉，按照妈妈的指导将葱和西红柿切好，把鸡蛋打进碗里搅匀。然后开火，放锅。
等锅内的水干了，我倒上一点油，又热以后倒入葱花和鸡蛋，炒得差不多再倒上西红柿，最后，加入少量的盐。来回翻炒一至五次后把这道菜盛入盘子里。
我和妈妈品尝了一下，虽然没有妈妈做得好吃，但是知道了妈妈平日做饭的辛苦，以后我一定要多帮妈妈做家务。

今天，老师让我们回家做西红柿炒鸡蛋。这下，我可犯难了，我除了会煮面条其它都不会呀，怎么办呢？
回到家，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，老师让我们做西红柿炒鸡蛋，可是 我不会呀。”妈妈耐心地说:“这点小事难不到你。”我说“那好吧！”
到了晚上，我走进厨 房，戴上围裙，把手洗干净，就正式开始了。在妈妈指导下我先把西红柿洗干净，放在案板上切成小块，然后，妈妈帮我搅拌鸡蛋均匀后，妈妈说“准备工作就绪，现在可以炒菜了，妈妈让我把炒菜锅放在燃气灶上，点着火，把锅里放点油，油微微冒着青烟时，把打好的鸡蛋液倒进锅里，顿时发出“滋滋”声，我被吓跑出厨房，接着我小心翼翼地来到厨房，接着开始轻轻翻炒，屋子弥漫着浓浓的炒蛋香，待鸡蛋炒好后，铲进盘子里，再次往锅里倒点油，加点盐，继续翻炒，大约五六分钟，西红柿炒出好多红红的汤汁，妈妈说：“把炒好鸡蛋倒进去吧，马上可以出锅了。”我忙把盘子里好的鸡蛋倒进锅里，搅拌在一起，拿起盘子就往外盛。我小心翼翼地把这一盘菜端上餐桌。妈妈拿起筷子尝了一口，笑着说：“这是我吃到的最好吃的菜了。”我顿时觉得，我无比自豪。
原来，学做西红柿炒鸡蛋这么简单呀，我下次还要多多实践，多多努力，争取做更多菜长大做一名厨师。

我和妈妈从打鸡蛋开始练习。第一次打，由于用力太大，鸡蛋碎了，我的.手上全是稀稀的、黄呼呼的鸡蛋。在妈妈的指导下我又拿起一个鸡蛋在碗边轻轻地一敲，两手一掰，鸡蛋打进碗里了，但蛋壳也跟着掉了进去。这样打了好几次，终于成功了，蛋黄像小太阳一样漂在蛋清里。接着我用筷子轻轻地、快快地调，一不小心，鸡蛋就泼了出来。我更加小心，终于把蛋清和蛋黄调在了一起。
第二天下午，比赛正式开始。我有一点紧张，就静下心想了一会儿，回想昨天是怎么调鸡蛋的，然后就用心的去做，终于调好了。我举起牌子向老师报告。
最后，我虽然没有进入决赛，但我还是很高兴，因为我学会了调鸡蛋，可以帮妈妈做事了。同时在练习和比赛的过程中，我感到非常开心，非常快乐。这真是一次有趣的比赛。

准备工作就绪，师傅便退到幕后指挥，由徒弟自己上台演练。我先把锅洗净再用抹布擦干，点着了火，放上了油。油热了以后，我把搅好的鸡蛋倒入锅里，只听“刺啦”一声，油花四溅，幸亏有油烟机把油烟吸走了。我用铲子翻炒了几下就盛了出来。妈妈让我重新放油，油热了放西红柿，我把西红柿翻炒了几下，撒了一点盐，再把鸡蛋倒入锅里，翻炒几下，一盘香喷喷的西红柿炒鸡蛋就出锅了。
我让妈妈尝了一口，妈妈连声说：“好香，好香。”妈妈夸我长大了。

今天，我想做西红柿炒鸡蛋。我可是第一次做菜。因为，平时妈妈坐视不让我做，今天我一定要让爸爸，妈妈尝尝我的手艺。
我先把西红柿洗干净，放在菜板上。用右手拿着刀，左手按着西红柿，小心翼翼的把它切成块。然后，我再从冰箱里拿出鸡蛋，从橱柜里拿出一个碗，把两个鸡蛋往碗边一磕，再用双手一掰，蛋清和蛋黄就一起流进了碗里。然后，我用筷子把鸡蛋搅匀，准备工作就完成了。
我把锅拿出来，把火点燃，往里边倒了些油。锅里的油开始冒泡了，说明油热了。我真害怕油溅到身上烫到我。我的心里像十五个吊桶打水——七上八下的。我顾不得害怕了，赶紧把搅匀的鸡蛋放入锅里，只听“嗞啦”一声。过了一会儿，锅里顿时像绽开了一朵大黄花。等锅里的鸡蛋变成了蛋饼，再用铲子把蛋饼切成块儿。最后，我把西红柿放进锅里，翻炒几下，把糖、盐、酱油、鸡精放到锅里，翻炒几下，不一会儿，闻到香味后就可以出锅了。我我先把火关掉，然后用盘子盛好。看那红色的西红柿和黄色的鸡蛋搭配在一起，让我馋得忍不住吃了一口。“啊，真好吃!爸爸，妈妈快来尝尝我做的菜，你们一定大饱口福。”爸爸，妈妈吃完后，都夸我，“你真是个孝顺长辈的好孩子。”
通过这次亲手做菜，使我到了劳动的乐趣，我暗暗决定，还要再多学几道拿手菜，也无愧于爸爸妈妈对我的夸奖，是不是?
西红柿炒鸡蛋英语五年级作文【六】
西红柿炒鸡蛋人人会做，但是要做的好吃，难。主要是由几个误区，等会我会详细说。
材料：西红柿，鸡蛋
配料：植物油，盐。注意，西红柿炒鸡蛋不用放鸡精或者味精，因为西红柿炒鸡蛋是吃一个“鲜”字，而西红柿炒鸡蛋的时候就有形成鲜味的物质析出，不需要再放提鲜的味精或者鸡精。这也是做这道菜的时候不放葱姜蒜的原因。
制作方法：
1.西红柿切成块，要大小不一，什么形状无所谓，鸡蛋打开放入碗中，打匀，放入少许的盐。
2.锅内放入适量(炒鸡蛋的时候，油放多少很关键，我的是放相当于鸡蛋液的2/3的油，等油热了的时候，(我后面详细讲如何判断油的温度，倒入鸡蛋液，注意这个时候，鸡蛋液会自然的凝固，不要动，等到这个鸡蛋液都凝固的时候(要小心油干了，造成鸡蛋糊了，用饭铲(也叫炒勺从鸡蛋的边缘轻轻进入，将鸡蛋翻过来，煎一下，等两面的颜色都呈现金黄的颜色时候，把鸡蛋从锅里取出来(也可以不取，不过等熟练以后再说吧，这个时候锅里面应该还有一些油，把西红柿翻进去，翻炒几下，由于西红柿里面含有大量的'水分，会有水份析出，这个时候把炒好的鸡蛋放进去，放入少许盐，翻炒几下，出锅。PS：有人喜欢做的时候，放一些水进去，本人不推荐，其实西红柿里的水份完全够用了，不用放水。还有，现在的西红柿质量不好，炒出来的菜不甜还有些苦味，出锅的时候可以适量放一些白糖。

今天妈妈做饭的时候，我请求妈妈教我做一个菜，妈妈答应了。我戴上围裙，把手洗干净，就正式上岗了。在妈妈的指导下，我先把两个西红柿洗干净，放在案板上切成小块，再把剥好的蒜切碎，然后拿了四个生鸡蛋，在碗边上把鸡蛋壳磕开一条缝，掰开把蛋液倒进碗里，再加点盐，把蛋液搅拌均匀。妈妈说：“准备工作已经就绪了，可以开始炒菜了。”妈妈让我把炒菜锅放到燃气灶上，点着火，把锅里倒点油，油微微冒烟时，把打好的蛋液倒进锅里，轻轻翻动，屋子里弥漫着浓浓的炒蛋香，待鸡蛋炒好后铲进盘子里。再次往锅里倒点油，把火关小，把切好的蒜末放进去炒，炒出香味后在把火开大，把切好的西红柿倒进锅里，加点盐，继续翻炒，大约过了五、六分钟，西红柿炒出了好多红红的汤汁，妈妈说：“把炒好的鸡蛋倒进去吧，马上可以出锅了。”我忙把盘子里超好的鸡蛋倒进锅里，搅拌在一起，拿起盘子就要往外盛菜。妈妈拦住我，又往里放了一小勺黄色的粉末，然后拿铲子拌匀了，说：“关火吧，好了！”“妈妈，您刚才加进去的.是什么呀？”我好奇的问道，妈妈笑着说：“鸡精，用来提鲜的。”我小心翼这道色香味俱佳的西红柿炒蛋铲进盘子里，端上餐桌。爸爸拿起筷子尝了一口，抿嘴儿笑着说：“这是我吃到的最最好吃的菜！”

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.
