我,被云朵妈妈造了出来。我出生以来,看到的世界是蓝色与白色交织。起先我对世界充满了好奇。不过后来,我渐渐沮丧起来。

终于有一天,太阳叔叔对我和我的同伴说:“好了,各位孩子们,开始你们第一次,也是最后一次旅程吧。”我看到了世界,花花绿绿的。原来以前我只不过是只井底之蛙。我高兴地跳了下去。顿时,我刚到身体轻飘飘的,我知道了飞的感觉。

我俯下身,环顾四周,哦!我找到了一个好的地方。那里到处是花草,十分惬意。我轻轻的飘落在一株雏菊上。她的声音十分温柔,我与她打招呼。我像一颗珍珠,镶嵌在她的身上,她十分乐意我的到来。她的手是那么光滑,嫩黄的头随风摇曳。我凝视着她。她是那么美丽。那么动人,宛如一位亭亭玉立的姑娘。

一阵风把我吹落在一棵小草上。我顺着他的凹线,滑落到边缘。我要掉下去了!我紧紧抓住小草的手。我看清楚了他:他的手与身子一起构成了完美的弧线。

我一分神,掉落在一小块黑黝黝的泥土上,我得知,我的旅行快要到边缘。我非常舍不得这个世界。

我抬头向上仰望:原来天空是那么美,那么大。许多洁白的身影在空中忙碌,给湛蓝的天一个点缀;原来雏菊姐姐的身姿那么婀娜……

忽然,我听见“叮咚叮咚”的声音,仿佛是一首凄美的旋律。

雨问小草:“为什么他们都不跟我玩?”小草说:“你问问他们们吧!”小鱼慌张地说:“你、你把我给吓着了!”小鸭愤怒地说:“你突然下来,我会着凉的!”小鸟悲哀地说:“你把我的羽毛弄湿了,让我飞不起来了。”小雨恼怒地说:“你、你们太可恨了!我千里迢迢来到这,你们却这样对我,我要你们吃到苦头!”

说着,小雨聚集成了暴雨,风弟弟也觉得小雨太可怜了!于是就刮起五级风,小鸟的窝快毁了,小草快被吹飞了,小鱼也要被溪流冲不见了。在危急关头,小草对风弟弟说:“别为了私人恩怨而伤害更多的人!”雨听了,感到非常惭愧,对他们说:“对不起!”小鱼、小鸭、小鸟见小雨知错能改,就对雨说:“玩也可以,但你下小一点嘛!”小雨高兴地说:“没问题!”于是暴雨变成了绵绵细雨,他们就玩了起来。

100天过去了,水月的生日到了,国王邀请了星球里所有的臣民,和12个美丽的仙女,他们每个人都要给水月一份祝福,当第十一个仙女说完自己对公主的祝福石,人们都期待着第十二个仙女会对公主祝福什么时,第12位仙女拿出一颗黑色的睡莲祝福公主时,人们都惊呆了!第12位仙女说的话比刚才前十一位仙女说的都要好100倍,第是一个女巫说的是:“这朵睡莲是从仙女谷采来的,这朵睡莲天生优雅,如果有他陪伴公主,公主将会一生没有邪恶的念头,只有善良的心!”国王听后,当场夸奖第12为女巫做得对!并把那颗黑色睡莲培育在皇室花园中,可是,谁都不知道,黑色睡莲是有灵气的植物,一旦离开仙女谷一小时,将会失去善良的本性,原本善良的心变成了恶毒的心,现在是黑色睡莲离开仙女谷一小时的时候,黑色睡莲原本善良的本心变成了恶毒而又凶残的心,看到了水月公主那可爱的样子,睡莲的嫉妒变成了仇恨,它下决心要学会魔法,学会魔法后就自己变成水月公主的`模样。

由于黄鼠狼饿了一天,速度较慢。小鸡气喘吁吁地跑着,终于跑不动了,停下歇会儿。说这时迟那时快,黄鼠狼赶上了,他纵身一跃一把抓住小鸡,眼里散发出光芒。兔子看见了,就冲过去咬住黄鼠狼的手,“快跑啊,快跑!”黄鼠狼发出一声低吼,甩开兔子奋力追捕小鸡。小鸡一跑就跑到了黑熊警官家,小鸡把原委告诉了他,黄鼠狼看见黑熊,正准备逃跑,被黑熊挡住了,黑熊举起巨掌,“啪啪啪”黄鼠狼晕倒了。

小鸡获救了,大伙儿都很开心。为了表示谢意,鸡妈妈举行了一次宴会。而此时的黄鼠狼在动物警局了接受警察叔叔们的调教……

最想不到的是以前污浊的涝池被绿化成了游乐园。最美的是修建了儿童水上游乐园,里面传来孩子们的欢声笑语。池水清澈见底哦!那边还有一片荷花呢!各种小鱼还在水里快活的游玩。

走着走着,看见一片片土豆地,机器工人正在收获土豆。土豆丰收了,乡亲们脸上洋溢着喜悦,可这么多的土豆要运往外地也难倒了乡亲们,我把自己的想法告诉乡亲们,他们都拍手赞成,看来我的梦即将要实现了。

“老乡见老乡,两眼泪汪汪”,他们向我嘘寒问暖,我的心头激荡着温暖,我下定决心一定要报效家乡,报效乡亲,把家乡建设得更美!

At or near the upper levels of the organizational structure are the top managers, who are responsible for making organization-wide decisions and establishing the plans and goals that affect the entire organization. These individuals typically have titles such as executive vice president, president, managing director, chief operating officer, chief executive officer, or chairperson.

Efficiency refers to getting the most output from the least amount of inputs.

Decisional roles entail making decisions or choices. The four decisional roles are entrepreneur, disturbance handler, resource allocator, and negotiator.

Technical skills are the job-specific knowledge and techniques needed to proficiently perform specific tasks. These skills tend to be more important for lower-level managers because they typically are managing employees who are suing tools and techniques to produce the organization’s products or service the organization’s customers.

Human skills involve the ability to work well with other people both individually and in a group. Because managers deal directly with people, these skills are essential and equally important at all levels of management.

conceptual skills are the skills managers use to think and to conceptualize about abstract and complex situations. Using these skills, managers must see the organization as a whole, understand the relationships among various subunits, and visualize how the organization fits into its broader environment.
