看重自己，是一种自信的表现，是一种自尊的品质，是一种自强的\'力量源泉。一个连自己都瞧不起自己的人，他还希望别人期待他什么呢？我们只有自己学会看重自己，自己认识自己，充分认识自己的潜能与长处，我们才会充分地发挥和发掘自己的潜能，才会在利用自己的潜能的同时，进一步培养新的能力，使自己更加充实，使自己更臻完美。
一个会看重自己的人，他们会时时处处充满自信，他们干什么事都会浑身是胆，勇往直前。他们最爱说的话就是：“我能行！”“我不会比你差！”“你能办到的，我也一定能办到，而且比你办得更好！”
一个会看重自己的人，他会拥有竞争的意识，无论是在学习上，在工作中，还是在舞台上，运动场中……他们都会积极进取，勇于拼搏，开拓创新。他们有着一种坚定的信念，哪怕是尽自己所能，还不能超越别人，他们也会尽力去超越自己，一次又一次地打破自己的记录，在超越和打破自己的记录的进程中走向成熟和成功。
看重自己的人，他们会以积极的态度，面对人生中的一切困难和挫折，失败和失意。因为他们充分的相信自己的能力，他们心中有明天，相信明天会更好。他们绝不会在失败和挫折中一蹶不起，意志消沉；更不会在失意和逆境中难以自拔。因为他们会及时的调节自己的心态，他们会以意气风发的乐观向上的精神对待人生中的一切不顺，他们会把挫折和失败当成是磨炼自己意志的好机会，他们信奉的是“逆境出英雄”。
会看重自己的人，他们往往会有一种“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”的浩然正气；他们也许会有一种“细雨过后苍山翠，东风习来柳自闲”的豁达情怀；他们还会有一种“泪尽沥沥尽，情深义重义长存”的英雄气概。
会看重自己的人，他们没有那种“劝君更尽一杯酒，西出阳关无故人”的怨叹，只有那“莫愁前路无知己，天下谁人不识君”的万丈豪情。更没有那种“蓬徕此去无多路，青鸟殷勤为探看”的消极遁世的思想，却拥有那“孤舟蓑笠翁，独钓寒江雪”的博大情怀。他们没有“既生亮，何生瑜”的嫉妒，只有那“三人行必有吾师”的谦卑。
别人瞧不起你，也许没有关系，但是，你要是自己瞧不起自己，那将是你人生的一大悲哀。一个会看重自己的人，他们绝不会太在意别人对自己的是褒还是贬，是赞扬还是恶毒的攻击。因为他们会自己正确的评价自己。他们既不会在别人的褒奖声中，在别人的赞美声中盲目的自我陶醉，也不会在别人的贬损声中，在别人的恶毒攻击声中形容憔悴。因为他们自己心中有一杆人生的天平，他们会时时准确地掂量自己的人生。
会看重自己的人，信奉的是“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”的人生哲理。他们像雄鹰，会勇敢地去追寻属于自己的蓝天；像猛虎，会大胆的去征服属于自己的山峦；像蛟龙，会无畏的去开拓属于自己的蔚蓝……

There are many admirable people around us, such as our parents, teachers, polices and so on. But the people I admire most are cleaners. Cleaners work hard silently very day to keep our city clean and beautiful.
They get up early in host summer or cold winter when we are sleeping. They dont work for themselves only, but for us, for our city. Sometimes, we think they are dirty and we dont want to close to them.
Its not right. They clean our environment by their hard work.

Take your time
For thousands of years, animals have trodden a slow path, their spirits together with the body. But our human being's transportation is too fast. The body moves but the soul is left behind. We try to free ourselves in convenience, but we only imprison the soul. Since we invented how to count hours, we do everything to short the time, short the deadline. But the time saved can't be shorten. Nowadays, we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels, while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family. We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet, while we hardly think about our life. In the end, the only thing apparent is our loneliness.
Take your time, please. Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock. Try to share your time with everybody you love, share your mind, your happiness and sadness. Try to read the world we live in, do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society.Someday, when we know how to spend every second in our life, we can then live our own life.

my mum is not very beautiful, but i admire and love her.
