我是个喜欢运动的男孩儿。假期里我报了一个游泳班，是一对一的学习方式。那位教练姓沙，已经当了很多年的教练了。教练先教我学蛙泳，然后是自由泳、仰泳、蝶泳，由易到难。还记得刚进泳池的时候，水很凉，不过，一会儿我就适应了水温，就不觉得冷了。学蛙泳最重要的是脚的动作—蹬圆、夹。一开始，我不熟练，教练就托起我的身体，在水里练脚的`动作。后来，我会了，教练就让我在深水区游几圈。刚学在水里憋气的时候，我害怕呛到水，所以我就紧紧抓住栏杆。一开始我只能憋5个数，经过反复练习，我就能憋上15个数的时间了。这样的话，即便是脑袋钻进水里也不会被水淹着。现在，我终于学会了蛙泳，一口气能在泳池里游两圈半了，大概150米左右了！接下来，我就开始学习自由泳了。要点是：双脚不停地在水面上下拍打；两只胳膊要一前一后地轮向水里并向后划水；脑袋则要在露出水面时紧贴在胳膊上并侧着脸，这样才方便呼吸。我觉得自由泳比较难学，所以花费的时间比较长。不过现在我也能用自由泳的方式在水里游上一段时间了。
这个假期，游泳池成了我的玩伴儿，在这里我学会了游泳技能，懂了认真听讲、刻苦训练，成为了一名游泳小健将！当我也能像一条小鱼一样在水里自由自在地游来游去的时候，我收获了很多快乐。
