你好！也许这个时候你还没有睡吧，现在已经是凌晨一点钟，你离睡觉还有多久，你一天的睡眠到底有多长时间。其实这不是对你的一种质问，当然我也没有权利或者是特殊的地位去要求你必须几点去睡觉。我也有熬夜的时候，比如说现在。其实熬夜是很辛苦的一件事情，当然熬夜肯定也有你不想割舍的东西，让你痴迷于此或者是不得不去，因为在你看来这已经是自己生命的一部分了，可是你知道这对你的\'身体有多大的危害吗？也许你现在还很年轻，不知道其中的痛苦，当然我也不知道。熬夜的人分为俩种一般来说，一是娱乐，二是工作。
对于那些娱乐的人来说，她们大多数人是在玩游戏，她们舍不得放下她们手上的手机，她们的任务只有一个，就是把自己的级别升级。当然看剧的情况也是有的，比如我的上铺就是，为了看那年花开月正圆。她可以半夜才睡，也许她现在还在看剧吧！对于那些工作的人来说，我只能说句，辛苦了。也许你明天要交更重要的东西，或者有自己的目标，这就是要熬夜完成了。不然达不到目标，完不了项目，这是个很严重的问题。你不得不去熬夜。但是熬夜的人，你要知道，熬夜真的不是很好，就按照女孩子的保养来说吧，这样会使皮肤更加变老，黑眼圈会明显加重。这样的自己没有一点精神，还有对自己的眼睛也没有好处，这不是让自己得不偿失吗？所以，不要熬夜，保护好自己的身体，这次是最重要的事情。望大家保护好身体。

“又熬了一个夜晚了”我在无奈的感叹。
看着窗子透进清晨的阳光，我睁开睡不着的眼睛，望着那金色的朝霞带这蓝天的景色很美，如油画涂抹的色彩，眼睛欣赏的一切景物，我知那不属于我的，不知为什么有点淡淡的忧伤，看着那透过木棉树透过来的不刺眼的阳光，我知他在催醒我，我无法拒绝他只好走出门，走到阳台。
走到房子后面的阳台，发觉原来月亮还在挂在上面，被阳光照亮的天空并没被金色占据蓝蓝的天空。白白的满月。如两种色彩的画。单调而美丽。小孩子的涂鸦，带这稚气而无法挑剔他，没有别的色彩，但我觉的这样的色彩一定不是属于我，我要多姿多彩的色彩，并不满足单调的，我喜欢这样的颜色，但他不适合我的人生。
我看着后面的高楼与建筑物。不知为什么，很想哭，感叹时间的流逝。仿佛风在吹动我的思维，它向我倾诉这些旧楼的风雨，感叹人性的变化，吹出那些旧一代的味道：咸咸的味道，豪爽的笑声，满载而归的口哨声。
我看着摇动的树枝，鸟儿的叫声不知为什么这么清晰，少了街道的引擎声多了一分夜晚的安静，我不能挥动手中的笔，我不想为了画他，而错过他的每一刻的精彩，我只好挥动脑中的画笔，记下这美丽的时刻，好让他不要离去。
我看这逐渐变白的天空，明白了清晨已过去了，开始的是大家的一天，路上开始响起汽车的引擎声，人们去公园的`身影，在加上去买菜的妇女，我也可以去睡了。
我只喜欢这清晨，不喜欢热闹的街道，而喜欢这独自享受的感觉。
