summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.

在今年的3.15晚会中，揭露了很多的侵害消费者权益的事件。俗话说：国无信则不强。诚信自古以来就是我们中华民族的传统美德，中国崇尚"诚信"的文明源源流长。早在几千年前，孔子就说过：“人而无信不只其可”，延伸之意就是：“信，则知其可”，孟子也说过：“诚者，天之道也，思诚者，人之道也，至诚而不动者，未之有也。”我们底为什么而活着?现在的社会到底怎么了?人，是地球上最高等的生物了，与其它的'生物相比所不同的除了人类有自己独特的，复杂的语言外，那就是人与人之间的一种感情了。其它动物也有感情，但那总比不上人与人之间的了!人可以有仇恨，但人可以宽容，可以理解，可以相逢一笑泯恩仇!可是让我不能理解的是，随着社会的进步，人们生活水平的不断提高，而人与人之间的感情却在淡薄，人的心理也有不断扭曲的嫌疑，诈骗、坑人、造假……有个人行为，有公司行为，有单位行为，出门在外，还能相信谁?
古有“人无信不立”可见诚信对于一个国家和民族的重要性。诚信国家经济发展的基石，是国家的发展潜力是民族的道德标准。不管对于个人而言，还是企业，诚信在现代市场中意味着信誉，是企业的生命。早在十年前，3.15晚会就说到过诚信。然而，诚信在市场中并没得到商家的重视。一些不法商家为了在经济上的牟取暴利，不惜丢弃诚信，不惜代价。“共铸诚信，有你有我”，这不仅是口号，我们更应该付诸实践当中去，深切理解消费者的利益。为此，国家质检总局也为此做出很多的努力。为把我国的市场打造成诚信市场付出了很多。但是仍有很多不法商家冒天下之大不韪新海消费者的利益。从中赚取利益。
我国自古以来就以礼仪之邦自称，诚心更是作为君子的必要准则之一，孟子云：诚者，天之道也，思诚者，人之道也。在现代的市场中，则更需要一种诚信维护百姓的权益。诚信是一个企业的生命。没有诚信的企业是无法长期生存的，我们的身边每天上演着无数这样的例子。我们应该呼吁全社会：共铸诚信，有你有我。
诚信是治国之计，诚信为政，可以取信于民，从而政通人和。倘若言而无信、掩人耳目、弄虚作假，社会就无从安定。古有“欺君之罪”，“欺君”不仅是冒犯尊严，而且会误导决策，祸国殃民。“欺民”亦不可，所以有“水可载舟亦可覆舟”之说。中国古代有商鞅立木树信的佳话，也有不讲诚信而自食恶果的烽火戏诸侯。中国古代思想家更是把“诚信”作为统治天下的主要手段之一。唐代魏征把诚信说成是“国之大纲”，可见“诚信”多么重要。人，为了钱，冲昏了头脑，泯灭了正义和良心，那是多么的可怕啊!在经济飞速发展的今天，正义和良心会显得多么重要!正义和良心的价值就是对社会和更多的人负责!
实现中国梦必须凝聚诚信力量。一个人的力量有限，亿万人民的力量无穷。中国梦是民族的梦，也是每个中国人的梦，必须汇集我们全社会的诚信力量。我相信只要我们每一个人从自身做起，事事诚信，时时诚信，我们的国家会更好，我们的家园会更好。人心齐，泰山移。
团结一切可以团结的诚信力量，最微小的力量也能化为涓涓细流，汇集成不可战胜的磅礴力量，托举实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。
