7月1日，我收到教师成长学院彩琴班的共读数目《初中英语教师专业能力必修》后，就迫不及待开始阅读。这本书将新课程标准和教育教学实践有机结合，和我们一线教师的话语体系、思维习惯、和实践习惯融会贯通，让我们在专业成长方面获得了实实在在的帮助，既具有权威性，系统性，又有普适性。
这本书从“知识储备”和“技能修炼”两个纬度展开论述。“知识储备”部分以初中英语教师内功和初中英语课程为着眼点，从语音、语法、课程目标、学习策略等方面明确了初中英语教师应进行的知识储备。“技能修炼”针对初中英语课程，从教学设计、教学过程、课堂管理、教学评价方面介绍了英语教师必备的技能。每一个专题都从“问题展示”“案例分析”“理论点拨”“反思探究”“修炼建议”5个方面给我们具体指导，不仅让我们知其然还知其所以然。我的心得有两方面：

I am sorry to hear in the phone call with your father that you were in hospital for you got the A H1N1 virus which made me feel so tense.
I dont know how you got it,however,dont be so scared for the A H1N1 virus is medicable duo to the high tech.You just need to be clam and partner the treatment with the dostors.
Besides,I want to give some advice about how to prevent the A H1N1 virus.Firstly,you mustnt go to the places full of people to reduce the probability of getting it.
Secondly,you should wash your hand before the meals and after you go home from outside.Only do this can you precent yourself from getting it again.

Dear Mike,
You asked me about the present situation of the public transportation in Wuhan in the last letter.
Now, I will communicate the action of the government and my opinion with you.
Firstly, the price of the bus has been cut down, which is very important, I think. Encouraging people to take bus can solve the biggest problem--too much people.
Another way is to develop the bike rental. As we know, car is much bigger than the bike obviously. Driving a car takes up much more place than cycling. So, developing the bike rental is an absolutely correct way to prove traffic circumstances.
Besides, government also builds 4 subway lines under the central of the city and increases the number of the taxis.
In my opinion, all the action above is useful. When the actions above are all finished, the city will be more perfect.

《教育科研与教师成长》这本书是我师父送给我的，她说这本书很好，让我好好的把这本书看看，当我翻开书我就被她深深吸引了，作者陈大伟的成长经历吸引了我；把原来枯燥的科研理论当故事讲，这正深入浅出的方式吸引了我；把研究的过程作为一种享受教育的过程的观点深深吸引了我……
陈大伟1982年中师毕业，先后担任中学团委书记、政教主任、教科室主任、副校长、校长，成都教育学院科研处长。现为成都师范学院副教授。先后出版了《创造幸福的教师生活》、《校本研修面对面》、《怎样观课议课》、《我的教育道路》等10本有一定影响的个人专著，在省级发表论文近百篇。
我经常感叹自己的.出身定位这么低，面对南师大的一帮科研专家只有望“研”兴叹的份，他们个个都是出国深造过，要不就是博士生导师之类的头衔，看着他们高高在上，我觉得遥远极了。但是当我看到陈教授的工作和成长经历，我有对自己的人生进行了重新的思考和规划，我的出身卑微，只是一个小小的幼儿教师。我不一定能有陈教师这样的成就，但我却明白了自己应该如何为自己树立一面勇往直前的旗帜。
书中在讲述什么是研究时列举了这样一个例子：
调入一所新学校，我第一次到食堂去吃饭的时候，发现餐桌两边的凳子被铁器固定在桌下，于是我把食物放在桌上，准备把凳子搬出来放下。我采用的方法是用脚踩连接凳子的横杆。“啪！”铁器支撑杆与地面发生巨大撞击声，食堂中同事的目光全部集中在我身上，我闹了个大红脸。而且强烈的撞击使桌上饭菜的汤汁也溅了出来。
第二次进食堂时，我吸取了教训，用手拉支撑凳子的竖杆，这次没有了声响，但需要两手参与，而且因为平时大家很少接触支撑杆，支撑杆上的灰尘很厚，把我的两只手都弄的很脏。我对这种办法也不满意。
这时，我开始观察其他有经验的老师是怎么做的。我发现他们直接抓住凳子面往下拉。想一想，有什么好处呢？一是用手控制着，没有了声响；二是用一只手一次就解决了问题；第三个好处就是凳子面经常有人坐，很干净，不会把手弄脏。从那以后，我开始用这种方式搬放凳子。
后来发现还是有问题，自己对这种处理方式也还是不满意：因为凳子面藏在桌子底下，和人有一定距离，拿凳子的时候需要弯腰，需要长长地伸手……
这样的生动的阐述研究的例子，贯穿与整本书的前后，让人非常明了易懂，也非常生动形象，它给了我很大的启发和启示。对待研究应该具有什么样的心态，该书的观点很明确“慢慢走，欣赏啊！”
它借用了阿尔卑斯山谷中一条公路上插着的标语牌上的标语，简述研究的过程应该是一个享受的过程，关注的是过程而非结果。给我很大的启发，不是吗？只有享受过程才能真正的体会研究过程中的快乐，才能不会计较最终自己究竟得到了多少，才不会被名誉和金钱所累。“慢慢走，欣赏啊！”它不仅是教育研究的心态，更应该是对待生活的心态。
