填报志愿关系到你今后从事的职业和将来的建树，当然得慎重。我想总体原则是将个人的兴趣爱好和国家对人才、专业的需要结合起来。如果你现在仍然对历史感兴趣，按照你目前的中上成绩水平和条件，不妨报考重点大学的\'历史系，这样将来所学的是自己感兴趣的东西，以利学有所长、有所建树，你的兴趣所在和目前的学业水平及潜力，你自己是清楚的，相信你自己有发言权，希望你有主见。（高中）
在自己有主见的前提下，听听师长的建议，也许有所收益：班主任考虑的是录取的把握，家长考虑的是将来的就业和待遇，这些都是务实的表现，是更往深处去考虑问题。如果你现在兴趣他移，这些意见不妨考虑一下；当然，学历史“出路”窄的看法，也有些偏颇，过去热门的专业今天可以成为冷门；反之，今天冷门的专业，将来也可以成为热门，这需要将个人兴趣爱好与国家需求结合起来，不受近期的社会需求所左右。怎样找到二者的最佳结合点，要让人多费神思，作为朋友，我的确是“爱莫能助”。
