您们好，赵X林有幸于2010年10月担任程式设计工作一职，期间承蒙老板的赏识，以及赵总经理的栽培与照顾，让我获益良多。今因个人因素请准自2012年6月15日起辞去现有职务。
对于未能继续为公司效劳深感歉意，恳请公司见谅。
希望在现有工作时间内，公司能找到更好的人选顶替这个位置;我也将在公司的剩余时间内做好本职工作和工作交接。未能与公司共进退很遗憾，也很抱歉，祝公司业务蒸蒸日上!

他说他悟透出每个人都有自己不同的业力所造，而恰巧遇到增缘便会改变其命运!我觉得这个故事很有意思。
