呃……，这有点复杂，我们这么想吧：陆地比热较小，不容易保热，早上温度再怎么高，晚上的'温度也很快就降下来了。再来，热空气密度较大，比较轻，会上升；冷空气密度较小，比较重，会下降，这道理大家懂吧？综合以上，晚上的时候，陆地温度较低，空气就会下降，下降的同时呢又把一整天散布在空气中的灰尘啊、油烟啊、废气啊……，之类所有想得到的污染物全都带到地球表层。
那你们知道吗，其实清晨的空气不但脏，它还是最脏的！为什么呢？因为啊！前面提到的那些跟着冷空气下来的“偷渡客”会慢慢的、慢慢的堆积，直到太阳升起，唉等等等等等！并不是太阳升起就好，还要等到温度稍微升高，污染物沉淀的速度小于污染物以扩散作用在均匀散开的速度时，空气品质才会渐渐好转……，但是！早晨的温度还很低啊！有些时候甚至太阳都还没升起，那个时候正是污染物沉积量的巅峰，这时的空气新鲜得像结肠里那块水和细菌、矿物质合成的黄金。
其实灰尘多的空气吸多了，就是产生咳嗽之类的小病症，那如果说有“天天晨跑”的这种“好习惯”，大概就肺炎。假设各位晨跑的地点附近有大都市或重工厂，我只能说各位太会挑地点了！兄弟！过来！有没有看见肺癌在前面等着各位？
对于能每天坚持慢跑的人，我望尘莫及，有恒心、有毅力！但良心建议——除了清晨之外，爱跑多久，随便！
