我想，影片中贯穿全程的一个线索，就是白马。白马的出现，是四行仓库人们心中的一道光，照亮了人们心中的希望。白马的白，新，亮和四行仓库的黑，破，旧产生了鲜明的对比，象征着在四行仓库这种黑暗，破旧，充满绝望的逆境中有了一丝照入的希望。这也象征着人们内心开始从对亡的畏惧转换成不惧艰险，奋勇向前的决心。而最后，纯亮雪白的白马，身上染上了鲜，在路上奔驰，这难道不是人们用献染成的希望吗？希望从头到尾都没有消失过，反而因为人们的英勇奋战，不惧艰险更加熠熠发光，重燃中华民族的民族精神，唤起人们心中的家国情怀！
影片从开始到结束，展现了我军几百个人防守四行仓库四天的经过，见证了士兵们从刚进来的稚嫩敏感到了成熟勇敢的蜕变。或许每个人心里都有害怕亡的那一面，但是当家国破碎展现在人们眼前的时候，所有害怕都烟消云散，剩下的只有满腔热。其中让我印象深刻的是，团附谢晋元在面对坚持防守两天和升起国旗面对日军更加猛烈的进攻时，毅然决然选择了后者。显然，在谢晋元眼中民族荣誉感和唤起民族危亡意识比单纯的防御更有效。而之后用鲜护住不倒的国旗，也正向河对岸展示了正如何香凝先生所说：国人皆如此，倭寇何敢的壮言。

最近上映的电影《八佰》票房已经突破20亿，点燃了刚刚重启的国内电影市场，同样也收获了许多好评。电影的上映也引发了网络上关于那段惨痛历史的热议，故事原型发生地上海四行仓库遗址纪念馆也随着电影的上映引来了大批市民前来参观。
《八佰》是什么？
电影从1937年淞沪会战的最后一役开始，讲述在谢晋元团长的指挥下，中国国民革命军第三战区88师524团“八百壮士”坚守上海四行仓库，以少敌多顽强抵抗日军进攻达四天四夜的英勇事迹，呈现出抗日战争的艰苦卓绝和八百壮士的英勇形象。《八佰》是这群勇士共同的名字；是一条河间隔出天堂与地狱的战争史奇观；更是抗日战争中千千万万的英雄缩影。
电影里中国军人坚守仓库英勇抵抗与一河之隔的租界里的歌舞升平形成了鲜明的对比，听起来不可思议但事实的确如此。1937年的大部分国人并没有觉醒，他们不认为这个国家的战争跟他们有任何关系。很多人认为保家卫国流牺牲那是军人的事情，就算日本人已经轰炸了上海，摧毁了这个城市，也依旧炸不醒租界里的人们。在他们看来，日本人是不敢进入英国租界的，生意继续做，大戏继续听，日子一切如常。就连支援淞沪会战的地方保安团的民兵，都琢磨着赶紧溜号回家，好把家里的那几亩麦子给收了。
四行仓库保卫战让租界的国人看到了什么是战争，什么是舍生取义，仓库对岸的芸芸众生也最终完成了从麻木到奋起抗争的转变。
在收获好评的同时，电影《八佰》的热映也引来了网络上的不同看法，认为影片夸大了真实的战况，美化了国民革命军队，掩盖了主力军队溃败撤退的事实。这些批评大多是基于对抗战初期国民革命军抵抗不利的不满情绪。不过，也许对于这部电影大可不必如此苛刻，以电影的形式还原历史，本身就需要不少的艺术加工。更何况在《八佰》之前，许多人并不了解淞沪会战这段惨烈的历史，这部电影起码让人们知道了四行仓库，也知道了上海晋元中学是为了纪念哪位民族英雄。这难道不是《八佰》最大的意义么？
