When I was in high school, there was a teacher who taught me more than that in was a very kind boy, 4 or 5 years older than us and taught us geography. We all liked to take his class, though geography was not our major course.
What impressed me a lot was his could see him always got angry only when we were too noisy in class,he often played soccer with used to be a very believable defender and never fouled on any of us.
We all liked to call him "Teacher Miao" and he was just like a friend, not a sonsy personality inspired me to be kind to everyone I was my well-beloved "Teacher Miao.

拒腐防变，这是我们党正确应对所面临的各种考验、保证完成所肩负的历史使命的现实需要。胡锦涛指出：“执政基础最容易因腐败而削弱，执政能力最容易因腐败而降低，执政地位最容易因腐败而动摇。”当前，我们党的党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争总的情况是好的。在党中央的坚强领导下，反腐倡廉工作不断取得新的明显成效。但也要看到，部分党员干部违纪违法的问题仍然比较严重，一些地方和部门损害群众利益的`问题仍然比较突出，有的地方腐败现象尚未得到有效遏制。这些问题如果不解决好，就会直接影响党的执政成效。新世纪新阶段，我们党正带领全国各族人民全面建设小康社会，实现继续推进现代化建设、完成祖国统一、维护世界和平与促进共同发展这三大历史任务。面对党所肩负的历史使命，党员干部应居安思危，增强忧患意识，牢固树立马克思主义的世界观、人生观、价值观，坚持正确的权力观、地位观、利益观，自觉抵御各种腐朽思想的侵蚀。各级党组织应把党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争作为提高党的执政能力、巩固党的执政地位的一项重大政治任务抓紧抓实，不断提高我们党拒腐防变和抵御风险的能力，不断增强党的创造力、凝聚力、战斗力。
拒腐防变，这是我们党对60多年执政实践的深刻总结。我们党是一个廉洁奉公、执政为民的党。党执政以后，始终把保持廉洁、反对腐败作为关系党的生存亡的大事来抓，使我们党经受住了国内外各种风险的考验，有力地保证了党和国家各项事业的发展。但必须清醒地看到，执政地位和环境的变化，容易使执政党滋生脱离实际、脱离群众的现象，滋生贪图享乐和消极腐败的现象。党越是长期执政，在党风廉政建设方面遇到的考验就越严峻。对此，我们党始终保持高度警觉，坚定不移地抓党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争。毛泽东强调，我们党是任何敌人都压不倒、摧不垮的，堡垒最容易从内部攻破。邓小平强调指出，执政党的党风问题是有关党的生存亡的问题。在整个改革开放过程中都要反对腐败。一定要把反腐败斗争当作党的建设和政权建设的一件大事，抓出成效，取信于民。以胡锦涛为核心的领导，要求全党坚持立党为公、执政为民，始终牢记“两个务必”。我们党执政60多年的实践告诉我们，马克思主义政党夺取政权不容易，执掌好政权尤其是长期执掌好政权更不容易。加强党风廉政建设，提高拒腐防变能力，在任何时候、任何情况下都不能轻视、不能放松。
拒腐防变，这是加强党的先进性建设的必然要求。党的先进性是马克思主义政党的根本特征，是马克思主义政党的生命所系、力量所在。开展党的先进性建设，就是要使各级党组织不断提高创造力、凝聚力和战斗力，始终发挥领导核心作用和战斗堡垒作用；使广大党员不断提高自身素质，始终发挥先锋模范作用；使我们党保持与时俱进的品质，始终走在时代前列，不断提高执政能力、巩固执政地位、完成执政使命。提高拒腐防变能力，是党的先进性建设的重要内容，是保持党员先进性的重要保证。执政的时间越长，党员干部在理想信念、群众观念和执政意识等方面遇到的问题就越多，反腐倡廉、拒腐防变的任务也就越艰巨。这就要求我们增强忧患意识，居安思危，从加强党的先进性建设的战略高度进一步认识做好反腐倡廉工作的极端重要性，始终把反腐倡廉作为一件大事来抓，努力建立起思想道德教育的长效机制、反腐倡廉的制度体系、权力运行的监控机制，建成完善的惩治和预防腐败体系，始终旗帜鲜明、毫不动摇地反对和防止腐败。
