近日观看并学习了艾莫老师讲的《做最有用的好员工》，对于怎么样去做企业中的MVP——最有价值的人？根据我的体会分享以下几点：
首先就是要有与企业高度一致的价值观以及与企业一致的理念和愿景。有了与企业相一致的价值观才能保证日常工作的最终引导方向是正确的，不会与企业利益及文化相背离。这不仅仅是做企业最有用的好员工的基础，也是身为一个合格的普通员工的基础。
其次是做好自己，明确自己的定位。看自己所属的类型是否与企业所需要的类型相适应，在自己的实际工作中自身所处理的工作是否与自身能力相匹配，自己是否存在工作能力方面的缺陷，能否适时的完成自己所需要完成的工作。在工作中积极地吸取所有相关知识与信息，努力充实自己。并寻找一个目标，以之为榜样，努力向其看齐。相信自己可以成为同样成功的人，并为之奋斗。
最后积极的心态是高效工作的基石。遇到任何困难都抱有积极的态度去面对，所有的困难都用肩扛头顶，就就没有什么事无法克服的。对自己的目标，抱着相信的心态，相信自己会成功，相信困难都可以克服，相信一切坎坷都是为了有更完美的结果。
面对一些责任则需要用于承担，责任的承担是个人能力的另一种体现。不推诿、不卸责，范了错误应积极的面对。以最快、最彻底的方式发现并解决问题才是我们最终所想要的。
除了以上这些我们还应做到爱岗敬业。身为企业员工，爱岗敬业就是自身所必备的道德，接受到这份工作就是要将其视为一切，自己所做的一切都要一企业的利益为重，时刻保持高度的工作热情，遇事认真负责，以积极地心态面对未知的一切，用满怀希望的态度对待工作中的一切。用自身去感染他人，调动一切所能调动的能动性为企业创造尽可能多的利益。决定做企业最有用的好员工并将这个决定付诸于行动，尽自己职权做对企业最有用的好员工。
