巴金、霍金、钱学森……这些名人无人不知无人不晓，但我们家乡无锡也有一位家喻户晓的交通协管员，他就是老秦、秦加财。
老秦年近60旬，中等个、瘦瘦的、黝黑的皮肤，十年前他从工厂下岗后就一直从事交通协管员的工作。十多年来他不论严寒酷暑，不管风吹雨打，每天坚持站在马路上管理交通，用他的.话说：“我从事的是最平凡的工作。”
老秦的工作确实平凡;你看!在朝阳广场的十字路口他一次又一次地对过马路的市民说：“这位同志您越线了，请往后退，谢谢。”“对不起，现在是红灯，请稍等。”……他一次又一次的做着稍等、转弯、直行的手势，是繁忙的路口变得井然有序;可就在这平凡的工作中，我们可以看出老秦那不平凡的品行。
有一次，老秦和往常一样正忙碌的值勤，一对骑电动车的年轻人经过了他的值勤路口，老秦上前礼貌地纠错，但骑车的年轻人却蛮横地把老秦用力一推，还振振有词地说：“你凭什么来管我?你算老几啊!”面对这样的情形老秦始终面带微笑，对违章的人动之以情晓之以理。在老秦不厌其烦地劝说下，这对年轻人终于转怒为喜，笑着承认了错误。
老秦在平凡的工作岗位上做出了不平凡的业绩，受到市民的一致好评。人们不仅称赞他敬业的工作态度，而且对他规范的执法动作也大加赞赏。
老秦的辛勤工作得到了市民们的认可，一时间成为一名“网络红人”，还被有关单位评为“再就业明星”和“无锡市优秀协警”，他还光荣的加入了中国共产党。他的这种敬业精神和认真的工作态度值得我学习。

In my life, I am proud of having a happy family. I have a kind father, strict mother and a naught little brother. As most other families, there are laughs and tears at my home. My father is friendly to others. Our neighbors speak highly of him. Mother is strict to me and my little brother.
She has high expectation to us, wanting us to have bright future. My little brother is a primary school student, but he doesn’t work very hard. All he wants is playing with his friends. It worries my parents a lot. But in general, we have more laughs than tears. I love my lovely family.

我们都好久没有见面了，等到过新年时，你就来到我的家乡—郑州吧。
我的家乡郑州也称为“绿城。”因为这里有很大的绿化面积，路边到处都是一颗颗高大挺拔的雪松、梧桐树…….它们好像一个个士兵，来保护我们美丽的家乡。到了骄阳似火的夏天，这些绿油油的大树仿佛是一把把大伞，为我们带来了阴凉，而且在公园里面，就能看见一朵朵美丽的荷花，从荷叶中间往上冒，像一位位亭亭玉立的少女。
郑州科技发达，也是现代繁华都市。这里到处都是高楼大厦，交通顺畅。这里还有一些大型的商场，里面卖的东西真是玲琅满目的，有吃的、穿的、玩的……..想买什么都有。更著名的就是闻名中外的中原福塔，高约389米，是郑州市最高的`现代建筑。站到塔的上面往远处眺望，郑州市的五分之一都可以被看的一清二楚。
郑州是八大古都之一，因为这里有几段历史和许多名胜古迹。就以郑州的少林寺为例，一放假，那里就人山人海，把少林寺堵得水泄不通。有一年，俄罗斯总统来这里看过一场有趣的戏，还夸赞这场戏表演的很好。
郑州也有许多美味的小吃，比如烩面、胡辣汤…….这儿的烩面很好吃，因为这个面汤浓面筋道。胡辣汤就不多说了，吃上去又辣又麻可好吃了。河南也有好多的特产。有黄河的鲤鱼、新郑的大枣……..我们郑州人热情好客，只要你来这儿，保证让你过的愉快，快点来吧！
