1.每位教师都能熟练的应用现代化教学手段，PPT课件的应用、几何画板的动画演示、精彩的视频都向我们展示了数学老师紧跟时代的节奏，用现代化工具帮助我们解决了一些本来枯燥本来抽象的数学问题，将这些问题趣味化，形象化。在应用现代化教学工具的同时，并能很好的与传统的数学教学手段相结合，做到严谨和生动相结合，既提高了教学效率，又实现了解决数学问题的效果。2.有感于情境创设的有效性：创设问题情境是《数学课程标准》中的一个新亮点。它使枯燥、抽象的数学知识更贴近学生的社会生活，符合学生的认知，使学生在生动有趣的情境中获得基本的数学知识和技能，体现数学学习的价值。然而创设的情境必须为我们的数学教学服务。如：宋洛中学学校的宋海燕老师用魔术表演来导入新课，激发了学生的学习愿望和参与动机，使学生主动思考问题，积极投入到自主探索、合作交流的氛围中，《初中数学优质课大赛观后感》。
3.有感于课堂问题设置的有效性：课堂问题设置的有效性是指教师根据课堂教学的目标和内容，在课堂教学中创设良好的教育环境和氛围，精心设置问题情景，提问有计划性、针对性、启发性，能激发学生主动参与的，有助于进一步培养学生创造性思维。在数学课堂教学中师生双方都应以主体的身份参与到教学全过程中，围绕课堂教学目标、内容，积极地、主动地提出有价值的问题，促使个体积极思维，增强提出问题、解决问题的能力，增强师生的创新意识。设问都激起了学生的思维上的探究，并且层层深入，意犹未尽。如实验中学的柳东老师让学生利用探索六边形内角和的方法，探索多种方法探究多边形的内角和，化归的数学思想。
3.有感于一个数学老师应该具有的教学本领：如实验中学的关泉老师，语言精练，标准的普通话，咬字清晰，讲解数学知识时精练到位；松柏中心学校的黄全美老师，丰富的表情，课堂上与学生相处融洽，从一开始的自己面带微笑到最后学生的'面带微笑；木鱼中心学校的莫儒汉老师，板书清晰到位，用最快的速度写出最好的字，准确的板书解题过程更是为学生做了一个好榜样；同时大多数老师，引导学生得体到位，思维严谨，考虑周到 。
