我的母亲很平凡，不，应该是说，世界上所有的母亲都是很平凡的，但是在生活中我们的母亲所做的一些事情常常体现出她们平凡中的不平凡。
记得一首歌叫做“烛光里的妈妈”，这首歌的歌词扣人心弦，令人难忘;当代散文家余秋雨曾在一篇文章中这样写道：“所有远行者的出发点总是与母亲告别。。而他们的终点则是衰老。暮年的老者呼喊母亲是不能不让人动容的，一声呼喊道尽了回归也道尽了漂泊”;高尔基也说过“世界上的一切光荣和骄傲，都来自母亲”;还有孟郊的《游子吟》，“慈母手中线，游子身上衣。临行密密缝，意恐迟迟归。谁言寸草心，报得三春晖。”这些都亲切而自然地歌颂了平凡而伟大的人性美——母爱。
是啊，母亲是这个世界上最无私、最伟大的人。
说起我的母亲，心里有千言万语，但却不知该从何说起。因为母亲为我做的事情太多太多了，像星星一样数也数不清。我的母亲总是不辞辛劳的为我忙碌着，为的是让我获得一个辉煌的未来。其实每一位母亲都是单纯的只为了孩子以后能过得好一点，但是她们却从未为自己多考虑一点。我爱吃的食物，妈妈总是不吃，可等我吃完后，妈妈便拿着筷子夹剩的吃。
我爱我的妈妈，因为妈妈给了我宝贵的生命，让我触摸到了这个世界。我们都知道，怀胎十月是很辛苦的。但是妈妈怀着我的时候，还如平常一样的生活。那时，妈妈为了照顾这个家，那么重的油桶，妈妈一个人提，因为妈妈心疼爸爸，想要帮爸爸分担一些工作。生我的时候，妈妈很辛苦，痛的直叫。但是当妈妈看到我的时候，一切伤痛都化为了欢乐的泪水。
我们的生日是母亲的受难日，但我们在庆祝生日的时候，只想到了自己的快乐。母亲是我们值得用一生去爱的。老师说过，母亲分娩时的疼痛指数是8，母亲想要生出来的孩子健康，就必须要承担更大的疼痛。母亲是天底下最伟大的人。同学们，你们知道自己父母的生日吗?有为他们精心准备过生日吗?如果你不记得，父母亲会感到失望。如果你记得，一句“生日快乐”会使这个家庭更幸福一点，更温馨一点。
谁说小草的一颗心，能报答得了春天里太阳那无私的照耀呢?正如我们，无论我们为母亲做多少，都报答不了母亲对我们的照顾。从现在开始，我要好好学习，以此来报答母亲的恩情。

妈妈您辛苦了!
早晨妈妈把我叫起来后，就去公路上晾玉米了。
我收拾好了就去找车准备上学去，走在路上听见行人说：“你看看堃堃她妈妈，每天中午一点多下了班，又下地干活，家里还这么多玉米，唉，她可真够累的!”听到这，我心里满不是个滋味，酸溜溜的，泪珠也差点从眼里跳出来。
我转过一个弯儿，看见妈妈正在路边晒玉米呢!只见她拿着锄头，一下一下地把玉米堆推开，又用铁叉铺平，看样子得费很大的劲儿，腰都弯成一张弓了。看着妈妈那辛苦的样子，我的泪水再也控制不住了，又怕妈妈看见，赶紧跑开了。
妈妈每天在一个私人幼儿园做饭，又热又累，尽管这样辛苦，她还想再找一份工作，希望能多挣点钱。到了晚上睡觉时，妈妈睡不好，翻来覆去，嘴里还情不自禁地直“哎呦……”我问妈妈怎么了，妈妈也不说。其实我知道，妈妈这都是累的。
虽然日子清苦，但妈妈无论赚了多少钱，都舍不得给自己花一分，只想着给我买衣服呀，吃的呀……反正，我想买什么，妈妈都尽量满足我，舍不得让我受一点点委屈。记得有一次，我看见一件漂亮的上衣，很喜欢，一问价，要一百多元!我赶紧说：“太贵了，不买了!”可妈妈却说：“你喜欢就买吧!”尽管我拦着，但妈妈还是给我买了。……
