每天放学回家的路上，我很多时候都会看到河涌边上的工厂排出一道道黑乎乎的污水，还闻到一股刺鼻和恶心的气味。
这些污水长期不停地流进河涌令到河里的小鱼、小虾等生物都无法生存，河里的水还发出臭味。特别是每到夏天的时候，以前我们都可以在河里自由畅快的游泳，但现在河里的水黑乎乎的，连看不不愿意看多一眼，还离它远远的。
我们要怎样想办法令到河涌变回原来的颜色呢?首先，我们的工厂不要把污水直接排到河涌，要先通过滤后才排出。在日常生活中，我们也要节约用水，不要浪费。我们每天洗菜的时候，要将洗过菜的水用来浇花，把洗澡后的水用来冲厕所，尽量把用过的水再利用，这样就不会浪费了。而且，我们要多开展减少污染，爱护大自然的活动，不但我们学生要自觉执行，更要在整个社会中开展，让工厂都自觉节约用水，减少不必要的浪费，污水一定要过滤后才排出，不要把未经过处理的污水排出河涌，污染环境。
只要我们大家都做到这一点，相信很快，河涌的水就变回绿色，我们又可以在那里畅快的游泳，大自然就更绿更美了，这样大家就不会容易生病啦。
