医生告诉记者，如果我们的大脑长期处于负荷状态，不光伤脑子，还易使身体出现器质性变化。医生建议，长期从事脑力劳动的人群，平时要做好大脑保健工作，每天不仅要合理安排作息时间，一旦大脑疲累，就要立即休息。即使条件有限，也尽量起身活动片刻，使液循环加快，放松身心。劳逸结合，才能提高用脑效率。
