辽阔苍穹中飞翔的老鹰，必是经历了母鹰无数次摔下山崖的痛苦，才锤炼出一双凌空的翅膀。

一颗璀璨无比的珍珠，必然经受过蚌的肉体无数次蠕动以及无数风浪的打磨，才能熠熠生辉。

同样，一个真正有成就的人，也肯定是在无数次的跌倒后重新站起来的，因为“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹?没有人能随随便便成功”。

史铁生摔了一跤，没有了双腿，这对任何人来说都是沉重的打击。但他没有因此对生活失去信心，而是用自己的大脑和双手去表达对生活的无限热爱。

贝多芬双目失明且耳聋，但他依然写出了《英雄》《命运》等大量音乐作品，在人生的不幸中，他顽强地扼住了“命运的咽喉”。

这些都是曾经摔过跤的人，但他们却都坚强地站了起来，与命运、与不幸抗争，最终取得了巨大的成功。

所以对我们每个人来说，摔跤并不可怕，可怕的是你从此对生活失去信心和勇气。

冰心说：“成功的花，人们只惊慕它现时的明艳!然而当初它的芽儿，浸透了奋斗的泪泉，洒遍了牺牲的雨。”

所以我们每个人面对不幸时都不能一蹶不振，因为我们都有可能在改变心态后，握住生命的任何一根链条。

就像画中那个男孩在摔跤后，面对来自老师、家长、社会各方面的询问，我们都应大胆地说：“这没什么大不了的。”

因为生活是我们自己的，命运是掌握在我们自己手中的，我们的心态、我们的选择，决定了人生的方向。

挫折是人生的一笔财富，是促使你成功的一剂良药，不经历风雨的花儿，怎么会绚烂?不经历磨难的人生，怎么会发出炫目的光彩?

就像2005年感动中国的人物——洪战辉所说：困难，我们有责任去面对它，解决它。作为新一代的年轻人，我们应该明白摔跤并不可怕，就像我们总是有勇气唱起这首歌：不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹?没有人能随随便便成功!

我要说，不经历一次次摔跤和一次次跌倒后又站起，人怎么能长大?摔跤也是一种幸福，风雨正是雨后彩虹的前兆!

The picture shows us a dialogue between a father and a son. The son told his father, “Dad, I’m a bit worried about disposing of nuclear waste”. While his father told him, “If you can empty the dustbin here you can do anything”. It reveals the importance of doing small things well before undertaking something big. There is also an old Chinese saying to go with this that a person can’t sweep the world before he can sweep his own room.

I agree on the point that it is of great importance for a person to do small things well before undertaking something big. First of all, doing small things well entail the qualities that needed in doing great things such as patience and ability of controlling time. For example, when we sweep our room, we need to manage our time and energy reasonably. Accordingly, if we sweep a bigger room, for example, a classroom with our classmates, we should learn how to cooperate and allot assignments as well. And a big advantage is that we can draw useful lessons from the failure of performing well because they didn’t cost a lot.

In another word, though these things seem trivial, they reinforce our manipulative ability and thus our understanding to the world. Therefore, we should not ignore the small things.

It was a sunny day. We decided to have a picnic outside the city. In the morning, we took an early bus to Nanhui. It was quite a colorful world. there were GREen trees, orange leaves,red peach blossoms.

At noon, we reached the place, we sat by the river bank and took out a lot of things, such as bread, orange juice, apples, cakes, eggs and so on.But all of a sudden, it began to rain. Unluckily there was no shelter nearby. We had to take a bus to go back home in a hurry.

There is no doubt that the symbolic meaning subtly conveyed in the picture should be given deep consideration. As we all know, a man who does not sweep a room, doesn't mention to sweep the world. In other words, the foundations of a building must be strong, or else the whole structure will fall down someday. Therefore, when it comes to the key to success, the most important thing lies in doing every tiny thing well around you.

为什么要关注我的摔跤?

为什么只关注我的摔跤?

为什么要等到我摔倒了才来关注?

我知道，作为祖国新一代，我们背后有无数双关注的眼睛，但一次次的关注事件让我想问：你们的过多关注是正确的吗?你们正确地关注我们了吗?

首先，从关注的范围过大看，有些关注的确是多余的。拿摔跤这一事件来说吧，人走路谁没有摔跤的经历，至于那么杞人忧天吗?你们关心我们的学习与生活，我们感激不尽，但过多的关心只能是束缚我们前进的锁链。我们只想在天地间无忧无虑地尽心地走，摔倒了再爬起来。看看地形以防再摔。然后立刻继续前进。而你们就不应该在溪流的短暂停滞处再建个水坝，你一句我一句的教导一番再放行。

其次，关注的对象有时太有限。我们不是摔跟头长大的，关注的也不应只是摔跤。我们的成长是吃饭、睡觉、学习、娱乐以及不时的烦恼与年少的莫名的闲愁以及早年心理阴影留下的负作用，甚至是无病呻吟，自哀自怜。我们快乐向上也有时消沉;我们乐观活泼有时也陷入沉思;我们有时很马虎，有时也很认真。所以关注我们不应是只关心我们的失落与错误;不应该只是关注我们的消沉与堕落;多关注我们的阳光与荣耀吧，我们会因此而备受鼓舞。

最后，从关注的技巧上看，防患于未然乃是最有效的方法。虽然只有亲身经历和承受了错误带给我们的后果，我们才会更深切的认识错误，纠正错误。但我们深切地希望你们是不变的导航灯，是亲切的向导，而不是我们犯错后的警示灯。青春是叛逆的也是经常犯混的，我们可能会明知故犯，但你们的教导也不应因噎废食，在我们的心中，你们仍旧是向导，是导师，是迷路时的路标，灯塔。

你们的关心，我们很感动。但你们过多的关注，扭曲的关注，方法不恰当的关注我们难以接受。

亲爱的家人，亲爱的老师和社会的朋友，我真心的希望，下次别关注我的摔跤，别只关注我的摔跤，下次不要等到我摔跤了再提醒。我们年轻，也可以有为。也可以安稳走路的，也同样需要关心，请正确地关注我们!
